Cozy basement apartment

The apartment is located on the basement floor of the house, and we live upstairs. We are a family with children, and normal everyday sounds can be heard between the floors. The house is older and sound-sensitive, which means that even the sound of the toilet flushing can be heard. If you are sensitive to noise, we recommend another place. Shower and toilet are functional but not yet renovated. When flushing, a small amount of water may run back and down the side of the toilet. We always wipe clean before each guest's arrival. NOTE: Cannot offer wifi at this time
