Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kavala Prefecture

Velmi pěkné místo, krásná velká terasa s výhledem na moře. Byt malý, ale útulný. Hned naproti dobrá restaurace. Pobyt jsme si užili!

Thanks to Dimitra and her husband, it was a very good time. House is situated in a small peaceful city. Very quiet place, locals are very friendly. Everyone speaks English in the stores and at the awesome local market (thanks for the recommendation). There is a grill outside the house and the local fish store has very good and fresh seafood. I recommend this house to everyone who dreams of a quiet vacation without crowds of tourists on the streets All the delights of the Greek coastline in 15 minutes by car through beautiful scenery.

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist relativ klein, zu zweit kein Problem, zu dritt wird es eng. Ausstattung ist gut, vollständige Küche, Klimaanlage und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit Christiana war top, schnell, freundlich und flexibel! Adam hat sogar auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir erst nach Mitternacht ankamen. Danke! Zu Fuß ist die Stadt in ca. 40min zu erreichen. Man kann aber auch abends nett auf der Terasse sitzen. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte: - die Nachbarn können etwas laut sein und haben einen Hund, der gerne auch morgens einmal länger bellt. - die Straßen um die Wohnung sind sehr eng, die Parkplatzsuche mit dem Auto kann manchmal etwas schwierig sein. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Το δωματιο οπως ακριβως φαινεται στις εικονες, πεντακαθαρο, περιποιημένο, γεματο αγαπη σε τελεια τοποθεσία 8-10 λεπτα απο το κεντρο, σε μια πολυ ησυχη γειτονια.. Η θεα εκπληκτικη. Αν και χειμώνας, ειχαμε ζεστο νερο και ζέστη συνεχεια. Η οικοδεσποινα άκρως βοηθητικη, επικοινωνιακή και ευγενικη ηταν διπλα μας συνεχεια σε περιπτωση που κατι την χρειαστούμε, αλλα εμεις δεν χρειαστηκαμε τιποτα μιας και ολα ηταν τελεια.

Изключително чист , красив и стилен апартамент.В спокоен квартал близо до плажа.Отзивчив и бързо реагираш домакин.Ясни видео инструкции по настаняване. Осигурено място за паркиране. Престоят ни беше удоволствие. Препоръчваме!

Το κατάλυμα της Αγγελικής είναι μια διώροφη μεζονέτα όμορφη και λειτουργική, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, με ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα . Η Αγγελική είναι ευγενική και φιλόξενη. Σε μελλοντική μας επίσκεψη στην όμορφη Καβάλα, θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά για την διαμονή μας.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Tekrar tercih ederim.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in kavala, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Super Lage und wunderschöner Ausblick

Ότι κ να πω θα είναι λίγο για το κατάλυμα. Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα πάνω από 5. Τέλεια θέα μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης, πας όπου θες με τα πόδια. Πολύ καλή οργάνωση κ καθαριότητα. Συγχαρητήρια.

This was a really good experience. The place was amazing. Walking distance from the beach and the promenade. But most important they treat us like a family. Highly recommend!

Great apartment, right by the sea with an amazing view and just a few steps to the beach. The apartment was super clean and had everything you may need for your stay. Niko is a great host, very helpful and always there for you. Definitely recommended!

Ev sahibi sıcak ve enerjik bir karşılama gerçekleştirdi, apartmanı ve daireyi tanıttı. Daire çok temizdi, güvenlik sorunu yaşamadık. yerel balık ve kurabiye için harika tavsiyeler verdi. Tek sorun (sanırım dolulukla alakalıydı) akşam saat 22den sabah 9a kadar sıcak su olmamasıydı. Diğer herşey muazzamdı, tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir daire ve güler yüzlü bir arkadaş edindim. Teşekkürler.

Прекарахме добре.Бяхме тук по време на Великден.На масата имаше оставени боядисани яйчица ,както и автентични гръцки курабийки.Беше много мил жест от страна на собственика.Апартаментът е малък и уютен,терасата също е комфортна за сутрешно кафе.Сградата е близо до магазини и заведения. Чувствахме се чудесно и бихме отседнали отново през следващото ни пътуване до Кавала. Препоръчвам мястото !

I am 60+ years old. Access to my apartment was easy. There is a lift. it was on level one. Everything was as I saw in the photos. When I was there, the power went out and the host of the Airbnb came over and sorted everything out. She was very responsive. it is about a 10 minutes walk into the centre. Where the museum was. I was very comfortable here. I would recommend this place.

Perfect place to be, only be prepared to climb a steep street if you do not have a car. Perfect host, excellent communication, very clean space. Always happy to be back !

Jól felszerelt szállás, volt víz a hűtőben és egy üveg bor (persze azt nem fogyasztottuk el) meg harapni való. Tágas terasz. Hatékony légkondi! Köszönjük!

Everything for one's comfort and needs. Organised household to perfection. Fantastic terrace to enjoy morning or evening with a breathtaking view to the peninsula of the old town. Very good location regarding the distances with interesting spots. An appreciated tip of hospitality the bottle of wine which expects the guest upon arrival. Very good communication with hosts. The last comment is addressed only to people with mobility difficulties. In such case and considering that generally the town of Kavala is built in an amphitheatrical way, one will need a car to reach this wonderful apartment.

Yianni’s place was just what I needed after a very wet day’s cycling. It’s nice and modern and everything works. Place was spotlessly clean too. Coffee machine a nice touch. It’s an easy walk into town and takes about 10 mins and there’s a little supermarket 2-3 mins away. The way back from town takes a bit longer as Kavala is seriously hilly in places.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες ! Σύγχρονο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις , σε εύκολη τοποθεσία και με θέση πάρκινγκ , σημαντικό για μια πόλη! Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλικός και απαντούσε άμεσα ! Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα !

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Ένα ζεστό, άνετο, ήσυχο, φωτεινό και καθαρό σπίτι, με υπέροχη θέα. Είχε όλες τις ανέσεις για την εξαήμερη παραμονή μου. Άνετα υποδέχεται 2 ή 3 άτομα. Βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό ση.ειο της πόλης και όλα είναι προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Η Μαρίνα είναι γλυκύτατη , ευγενική και κατατοπιστική.

The apartment is spotless, very well equipped, it has everything you would need, in a nice neighbourhood, the hosts were nice and polite. It's also really close to the city centre, less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is that there were no parking spaces at the building. There were some free parking spots down the street, but keep in mind that there is a steep street that you have to walk through to reach the building. Overall we had a great time here!
