It features a curated open-hut design surrounded by lush greenery, offering guests a unique living experience. The hut includes a kitchen, a separate standalone bathroom, and a pebble-paved patio with seating areas for enjoying coffee! The best corner is the balcony, which offers the guest to witness the sunset, sunrise and stargazing.

Fernhill Cottage, was originally built as a holiday home for the owners, Dr George Paul and his wife Dr. Bini George. The house was inspired by the model of old English cottages of Yercaud built in the early 20th century. The house is built out of rough hewn granite stones furnished with a modern kitchen and toilets. The house has a wooden loft accessed by a spiral staircase and can be used as a bedroom/ recreational area.
