Holiday rentals with a patio in Kawaguchi

We had a great stay at this flat in Tokyo! The location is perfect — very close to the station, with a playground nearby for the kids, and a 7-Eleven and bakery conveniently located on the first floor. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent — they were very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our visit. It was a great base for exploring the city, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Really enjoyed staying at this place. The instructions we received ahead of time were very helpful in helping us navigate to the place. The check-in was very straightforward. Above anything else, the location was very convenient, especially the short distances to the Kanda and Akhihabara stations. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment had a nice layout with two separate water closets and a nice separate shower stall. It was also nice to have a clothes dryer, drying rack, and patio. The apartment was located in a very quiet residential neighborhood and walking distance to many restaurants and the train station.

Place was relatively big enough for 2 and location was great. Cozy and comfortable. It was equipped with necessary facilities for your needs. If you want to experience living like a Japanese, this is a good apartment to go for.

A lovely apartment , plenty of room , stunning views from the roof top , spent evenings looking across the roof tops , taking in the stunning views especially of Sky Tree, 3 stations within 10-15 minute walk , lots of bars and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk , all local tourist hotspots within east travelling. Train line nearby but you soon get used to it so it’s not an issue. Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a great stay at June’s place! It was very conveniently located above a 7-Eleven and close to train stations. The house was super clean, spacious and comfortable. June was very responsive to questions we had about local restaurants and just making the most of our stay. Appreciated her hospitality.. she had some snacks and manju waiting for us on the dining table when we arrived. Totally recommend staying at any of June’s properties.

I used it at a girls' gathering last time, and it was very comfortable, so I repeated it at a girls' gathering this time. This time it was a last-minute reservation, but the good location and usability of the room from the last time made an impression, and when I searched, thinking, "I hope it's available," it happened to be available on the day, and I booked it immediately.I was very lucky to be able to use it again unexpectedly! The room was as clean as the last time, and the amenities and equipment were complete, so even 5 people could relax and enjoy themselves.Access from the station is also good, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity, so the location is also very convenient. During this stay, I asked for a rice cooker, and it was delivered immediately that day, and I was impressed by the speed and politeness of the host. What impressed me even more was that during my last stay, I casually mentioned that it would be nice to have a hair comb, and this time it was added to the amenities! These small details showed that the management was listening to the guests, and I felt that it was an increasingly reliable inn. This was our first trip to Japan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dans place! The house was exactly as pictured and the directions given were perfect! The home is fully equipped with everything you could need! Having the 3 floors was nice as we traveled as a family of 5 with 2 teenagers, so everyone was able to have their own space. I will say, if having a tv is important to you, there aren’t any in this home, but that was not an issue at all for our family! Dan provided great local recommendations and was very responsive with any questions I had. The house is in a great location for multiple train stations and corner stores. We will definitely reach back out to stay here again on our next trip to Japan!

Great location! Just a short walk to the Yamanote Line great access to Tokyo. The apartment was very easy to find based on the directions given. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The host provided indoor slippers for us to wear. It was a great space for our large family. I highly recommend 👌

Eventhough the place was a little far from tokyo, we ended up liking the place and it's surrounding for being peaceful and felt very local. The place is walkable to two train stations, with Shin-Shibamata being the closest. The house is a modern design. Recommended for guests who wants to get away from crowded areas and loves rural places. Will definitely go back!

Ryuji is very responsive and is an excellent guide to the neighborhood. clear instructions to show us how to get there. It has everything you need. My choice when I go back again to Tokyo.

The house is super clean and cozy. It was so convenient place to go anywhere. If we have a chance to come to Tokyo again, we definitely use it again!!

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was super clean, well-equipped (we really appreciated having a washing machine!), and in an amazing location. It was just a short walk to the Tokyo Skytree from where areas like Asakusa, Akihabara and even Shibuya are easily accessible. The rooftop terrace with a view of the Skytree was a definite highlight — such a great place to unwind in the evening. Getting to the apartment from the airport by train was also super convenient, which made our arrival smooth and easy. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This place was great. We stayed three adults. There was a bedroom on the first floor and the bedroom on the third floor. The living room and kitchen were comfortable and clean. Oshiage station is with an easy walking distance, and the area is way more peaceful than the big touristy areas.

Hiraoka's place was very nice and easily accessible. Especially the quiet location was very pleasant. There was nothing missing. We will be happy to come back.😊

Convenient transportation, fully furnished rooms, and a pleasant vacation.

Very nice apartment, a little far from the metro but easy to get to. The elevator in the residence is a real plus because traveling with a stroller is really convenient. I had a hard time finding the airbnb and the host made it easy for me to find it. Small present at the end of the stay issued by the host which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating!

Location is great just a few minutes walking to two train stations. We had lots of luggage and our host was so nice to let us drop off early and leave it late really saving us from the hassle of dragging things around the city. Space was comfortable and had everything we needed to have a great time in Tokyo. If we’re ever back we’ll definitely look to book again.

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

This stay was perfect! Comfortable beds, great space, kitchen with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The area was very walkable and quiet with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The station was also very close, which was great for getting around Tokyo quickly! Would definitely stay hear again.

The host was incredibly kind and responsive — when we realized the place wasn’t the right fit for our family, they graciously allowed us to shorten our stay without any issues. The unit was clean, spacious for Tokyo standards, and very close to Shinjuku Station, which made getting around easy. That said, the building and surrounding area weren’t quite what we expected. It’s near the red-light district, which may not bother everyone, but it didn’t feel right for us. The building is older, with worn common areas. We saw puddles in the hallway — possibly from the weather — and generators nearby added some noise. The elevator also showed its age. With a young child who has sensory needs, it felt a bit overstimulating — not because of the host, but due to the building and neighborhood. If you’re okay with a grittier, urban, high-adult traffic area and want access to Shinjuku nightlife and trains, it could work well.

Enjoyed our stay here! It’s about 15 mins walk from ikebukuro station, slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbourhood also felt safe for girls. There are also family mart and lawson nearby. Overall really convenient and space was really big for Tokyo standards
