Our place, located in the central bazaar of Cappadocia, is right in the middle of the places to visit. It is 4 km from the Göreme Open Air Museum, 5 km from the center of Ürgüp, and 6 km from Uçhisar. It is also a five-minute walk away for all your needs (grocery store, restaurant, souvenirs, etc.). It is a 10-minute drive to the balloon take-off points, and it is also in a location where you can watch the balloons fly. Our cave rooms are 300-400 years old and retain the features they had back then. We would be happy to host you

Our house is located right next to Uçhisar Castle with a view overlooking Güvercinlik Valley. At sunrise, you can watch the balloons glide from our terrace. Our house has 2 separate bedrooms, a living space where you can enjoy the fireplace and a terrace with a barbecue & valley view. You will be comfortable in our house, which is ideal for large families, and you will enjoy peaceful moments by the fireplace. Simple House is the perfect choice for those looking for both comfort and the magic of the region in Cappadocia.

Patisca Cave House is a rock and stone house with a 150-year history. It has the traditional architectural features of Cappadocia. This stone house in the shape of a mansion has 2 arched rooms on the upper floor and 2 rock rooms on the lower floor. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. Its terrace has magnificent views. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils for cooking. HEATED by a central heating system.
