You'll have the house all to yourself, our detached house with a garden in the center of Cappadocia awaits you for a comfortable and safe holiday. Our house has 4 rooms and 1 living room and will be allocated only to our guest during the stay. You can have a peaceful time with small animals in the garden belonging to our house and benefit from the fresh vegetables and fruits in our garden. It is an equal distance to historical places in the region and provides you with facilities such as Balloon Tour, Atv tour, Horse safari and Jeep safari, Turkish night.

You can relax comfortably and peacefully with your family in our house in Ortahisar, which is the center of Cappadocia. The entrance door to the apartment is separate. The entire middle floor apartment of our house will belong to our guests, your apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, a spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 balconies. Located in a central location in Cappadocia, close to touristic places (Goreme 3km, Urgup 5km, Avanos 7 ,Uchisar 3km). We will help you with hot air balloons, Atv, tours in the area.

Together, but separate: the master bedroom with king bed and bath adjoins a salon/second bedroom with its own bath. Close (and lock) the door between for privacy, or open it for back-and-forth. Each south-facing, sunlit room has its own entrance from the private terrace and garden, great for meals, drinks, sunning & star-gazing. The kitchen is fully equipped, and good restaurants are close by. My cave house is fine for three travelers , or a family with one or two kids.

Our house is 7 km (10 minutes) from the ski resort. It has the BEST view you can find in Kayseri. There are 3 single beds and 1 double bed. There is ABSOLUTELY no heating problem. There are 2 bathrooms. Hot water and unlimited Wifi are available 24/7. Covered parking available.
