Great place- best AirBnb I've stayed at in a long time. The house is large and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We like to prepare our own meals and nearby options for eating out were very limited so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Sergey was very helpful and as present as we wanted him to be- above and beyond as a host, especially for this part of the world! There are 3 ski areas within a short drive and the entrance to the national park is right up the road.

I was positively surprised about the spaciousness of the flat and the magnificent view from the 34th floor. If you stay for a couple of days only, this flat is a perfect base from which to explore Astana. The Northern Lights towers house a variety of a small stores and 24/7 Qaganat stolovaja, there is a Galway supermarket in the Keruen mall next door. The check-in and check-put were fuss-free. Askar and the room management responded promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very, very nice house, clean, fragrant house, very close to the metro station (Alato metro station).Very, very nice host, cared about our itinerary along the way and responded with questions on the day of check in.In the beginning in Almaty, this handsome and enthusiastic host made our itinerary easy and smooth.The best part is a great host in both English and Russian (unlike some hosts, written English, not really).Hit downstairs, the host came down to pick up, and the various quotes were concise and rigorous.All kinds of inquiries were also very patient.What touched me the most: because the itinerary joining me was at 8:30 pm, we left our luggage until 6:00 to pick it up.The host let me pick up my luggage at 6 o'clock and give him the key.At 6 o'clock the host was in the room or even came downstairs to pick us up.The 4 large boxes of our two ladies, the host ran two trips to proactively bring down 2, which was incredibly touched.The house is left with the key to the unit door, the upstairs can both be swipe card and password, it is safe even though it is an old neighborhood stairs room.Already recommended this home to friends around.Will be coming to Almaty in the future and hope to stay again sometime.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and warm. It is within walking distance of all popular places in Astana. The host sent detailed check-in instructions. I liked that the TV was smart and you could watch your own TV shows. Comfortable bed, comfortable amount of bed linen and towels.

All was good. But keep in mind, the apartment has dirty sleeping places and the smell of fumes. However, the hostess refunded the money for the days of booking other than the first. Thanks her

We lived in this apartment for 2 weeks. Great location: lots of restaurants nearby, a walking trail, a concert hall, a funicular. There's a great coffee shop for breakfast right next to the apartment - try it! The apartment is spacious. I needed a good internet for work - everything was ok (not very fast, but enough). The price was high, but it was high season. The apartment is of the old fund and on the 1st floor. The nose was okay, but keep that in mind. The beds are comfortable, everything worked well. Shaken was punctual and immediately answered all questions. Thank you.

Great place to stay. Apartment has everything necessary for long stay. Location is convenient: shops, market, park can be found nearby. Rustam was very responsive and helped with everything.

We stayed for 2 nights and had good time with the family. We recommend this place especially for families. It’s close to quite a few monuments and Central Park.
