Good spot for a long weekend! Nice location with plenty to do in the immediate vicinity and the F/G around the corner. Travis was responsive and flexible with arrival/departure times, which we appreciated.

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

Clean, comfy, and convenient walk to the 2 train to go basically anywhere you may need to, although depending on where you’re going could take anywhere from 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Vincent was very responsive and helpful even before i booked. My husband and i ended up meeting him and having a good conversation as well.

Definitely recommend...The pictures are just like listing. The communication was top tier.

Great place for a fair price. The apartment was lovely, comfortable bed, coffee, equipped kitchen, nice TV. Easy to get to/from NYC (although it might take some time due to traffic at certain times of the day). Responsive, friendly and helpful host.

This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

From booking to checkout Micaela’s AirBnB was awesome. Micaela was very responsive & accommodating to our needs. She was flexible & a great host. This might have been our favorite rental in our 11 trips to NJ. Very cozy. Loved everything. 5 star. Highly recommend.

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home near New York City. Comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated, with a well furnished kitchen and there were even games for the kids. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the harbor filled with sailboats from the park next door and my kids loved the playground too!

El apartamento es muy bonito y bien equipado. El edificio tiene varias amenidades y es muy cómodo el acceso. La caminata a la estación de tren es corta y desde esta estación se puede viajar con frecuencia a la ciudad de Nueva York y distintos destinos en New Jersey y otros estados. Además, el edificio está muy cerca de Rutgers University. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona de New Brunswick tranquila y muy cerca a restaurantes y cafés. Las anfitrionas respondían de inmediato a mis dudas, brindándome una excelente atención. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

Hola buen día a todos y a quien quiera usar este maravilloso lugar en la zona de NJ, excelente lugar para descansar y pasarla bien con tu familia y acompañantes, la verdad me sentí como en casa, y le doy un 100/100, todo fue tan fácil y practico, además seguro y limpio. So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

It looked exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood felt safe and the airport was close by. It was easy for uber or Lyft to pick you up and is relatively close to the city.

Sandra's place was beautifully decorated and just a pleasure to be in. It was also comfortable and spacious with lots of privacy and gorgeous landscaping and foliage. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We didn't cook much but she had everything there you could want for cooking. Definitely the most beautiful place we've stayed!

We stayed at this spot in New Jersey while visiting New York, and it was absolutely perfect for our trip. The location couldn’t have been more convenient , just a short drive to the train station, where parking was easy and getting into the city was simple and stress-free. The hosts were amazing and incredibly attentive to all of our needs, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a smooth and comfortable visit to NYC without the hassle of staying in the city!

Excellent Stay – Thoughtful Hosts and Great Location I had a very pleasant stay with Shelly and Abe. They thoughtfully prepared everything I might need—coffee, snacks, cooking oil, laundry pods, and more. Most hosts only provide the basics, but I didn’t have to buy anything extra myself this time. They even left a bottle of red wine, which made me feel especially welcome. The location is also very convenient—just a 5-minute walk to Newark Penn Station. If you're heading to downtown Jersey City or Manhattan, the PATH train is the most common and efficient option. There are also some light rail stations nearby, though I didn’t use them during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place—especially for those who plan to cook or need easy access to public transportation.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was cozy the bed was so comfortable and soft which is what I loved the most.. the kitchen is absolutely beautiful.. I didn’t have to bring anything to cook with as far as utensils or pots because they had everything. Also there is a supermarket right across the street. The hosts were so nice and responsive about any questions that I had or concerns they would respond to me right away. I will definitely be renting again.

só tenho elogios quanto a casa, limpeza, a gentileza do Alai. precisei lavar a roupa ele foi lá e me explicou comonusar a máquina é secadora de roupa. ótimo banheiro, camas, cozinha. muito aconchegante a casa... apenas pontos positivos. se tem um ponto negativo seria que temos que caminhar 15 minutos até chegar a estação de trem da journal square que nos dá acesso a nova york através dos path train. se não estiver chovendo é bem tranquilo e rápido mas se estiver chovendo aí já complica um pouco ainda mais se tiver com malas. mas vale a pena. ele pensa em tudo, cada detalhe... voltaria... parabéns meu amigo pelo cuidado.obrigado
