Great getaway! Went fishing by the bridge and watched our friends paddleboard on the lake from the hottub. Had a great time!

Absolutely loved my stay! The house was perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Izabella was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. We stayed at Dmitry’s cottage in mid-June for almost 3 nights and brought our dog along. And it was an amazing experience! The lake access is fantastic, and the equipment provided made it even more enjoyable. The rustic interior is beautifully designed and gives off such a warm and welcoming vibe. One of the highlights was the 75-inch TV, perfect for cozy movie nights. Outdoors, there are four different areas to enjoy: comfy seating around the firepit, a lovely patio, a relaxing hot tub, and swings with outdoor furniture that make it easy to unwind and take in the nature around you. Just a heads-up: bring mosquito spray or patches to enjoy the outdoors more comfortably. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and well-equipped getaway!

Amanda’s place was perfect for our girls’ weekend getaway. The peaceful location on the river was ideal and the house has so much space and is laid out well for a larger group. Lots of places you gather together or get away to a quiet spot on your own. The deck down by the water was such a nice spot to gather with coffee or cocktails. We’ll be back if Amanda will have us!

We had such a lovely stay at Cassey’s cottage! It was the perfect escape from the city!! Peaceful, charming, and beautifully set up. Just a short 6-minute drive to LCS, which was ideal for our Home of the Grove visit. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Penny’s beautiful home! The house is warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen was very well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking, which made preparing our own meals simple and convenient. Penny is a truly exceptional host—responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! This was one of the best hosting experiences we’ve had, and we would gladly return in the future. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay!

Our group had a great stay at Jim’s property !! Beautiful house, lots of room to accommodate everyone, the backyard was very big and property was very well kept ! Jim was a wonderful host ! Overall a great stay!

This cottage was the perfect location by the water. It was private and peaceful. Our dogs loved the outdoors and we enjoyed sitting by the water. The owners were super friendly, and the cottage felt so cozy. Highly recommend:)

Fantastic stay! Clean, beautiful views, hot tub was amazing and fishing off the dock was pretty good. NOTE: Proximity to road was a bit of a thing for the sound. That being said it didn't diminish our enjoyment of our stay. Thank you again!

Casey's home was beautiful and the effort they put into the small touches really shows.Everything was spotless when we got there and their instructions were clear and helpful. Their guide on things to do in the area were also great. We enjoyed the hot tub, the BBQ, and the patio in equal measure and overall had an amazing time! Thank you Casey, we will be back!

The cottage was amazing! We were comfortable our entire stay and had a wonderful view of the lake.

Me and my boyfriend had the most relaxing stay at Meghan’s cottage over the weekend. Everything that was mentioned is included and more! This place was perfect for the two of us but can accommodate a family of 6 comfortably. Just a heads up, there are quite a bit of steps from parking all the way to the cottage and going to the dock but it’s all worth it. We also watched the most beautiful sunset by the dock and my boyfriend caught quite a bit of fish. I personally enjoyed the kayak and the N64 bringing a vintage touch! We would 100% stay here again, but definitely for longer so we can enjoy all activities included in the cottage!

Great Cottage for a weekend getaway! if you are looking for a peaceful weekend getaway that isn't too far from Toronto this would be it! I went with 9 of my friends and it accommodated us all very comfortably. we did bring some air mattresses as we didn't really want to share beds being that we were all guys.. we normally play volleyball at the Cottage but this one didn't have the space for that however there was a park only 10 minutes away! absolutely loved the outdoor shower! would gladly book again

This cottage is an absolute 10/10—clean, beautiful, and incredibly cozy. Even in the heart of winter, the views were breathtaking! But what truly made our stay unforgettable was our amazing hosts, Brent and Marina. A snowstorm hit during our visit, and when our car got stuck, Brent went above and beyond—arranging for a snowplow, offering us an extra night’s stay, and even helping us get our car running again. We couldn’t have made it home safely without his kindness and support. We’re beyond grateful for their hospitality and can’t wait to return in the summer!

We had such a great stay at Chamalee & Andrei’s place. The decorations were awesome, truly Santa’s little home off the water. We were super impressed with the abundance of games and DVD’s there were, as well as how tidy and organized (labeled) everything was. There really wasn’t a detail missed. The recommendations were super helpful and we appreciated their friendly and quick responsiveness.

We felt really comfortable at Caroline's place, it was in a very quiet area and a short drive to some fantastic scenic walks. It was easy to find and Caroline's communication was great. I'd recommend staying here and would like to visit again.

It's a beautiful cottage and such a lovely spot right on the water! We appreciated all the little touches and everything was so well equipped. The beds were so comfortable! We booked this cottage because my son read that it was a good fishing spot and it did not disappoint! We would most definitely come back!

Great location right on the Trent River! Very nice outdoor space with lots of things to do and perfect for fishing, etc. Lots of fun with our family of 6!

When selecting our holiday this year, we were looking for somewhere peaceful with a beautiful view that would allow us to recharge batteries. Patrick's home provided exactly this. The whole experience was awesome, the view spectacular. Overall the activities on the lake did not cause significant concern, the lake is big enough for jet skis but not for full motorboats. There were a few people who felt it was a great idea to just dash up and down the lake at top speed, but they soon got bored and stopped and this was, generally, only at the weekend. The rest of time the place was just serene. We were sad when it was time to go, we stayed 8 days and could have stayed 8 more.
