Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Enjoy country walks to our favourite pubs & wild swimming spots, or cosy up in front of the projector & unwind in the luxury bath. It's a 20 min drive to the UNESCO world heritage city of Bath & 6 mins to the beautiful town of Bradford on Avon with its canals, rivers & station. Enjoy a complimentary homemade cream tea, freshly baked bread & seasonal cocktails on arrival.

Stables is a refurbished cottage with attention to detail and a little luxury. Well placed for hiding away; off the road, countryside on doorstep, well stocked local shop opposite, 2 great pubs nearby, many wonderful towns and National Trust sites nearby. The private sun trap garden has Bramblecrest outdoor furniture. Cosy up on the comfy sofa in the lounge and watch movies on the 49” Smart TV or have a lie in and watch the 32 “ Smart TV in the bedroom. Access to an EV charger by arrangement.

Jeannie's Cottage

Nestled between historic Lacock and Georgian Bath, Jeannie's Cottage is located on Church Walk close to Melksham's town centre. This pretty street is one of Melksham's hidden gems, regularly winning prizes in ‘Melksham in Bloom’ contests. It is steeped in history and part of the town's conservation area. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

Pigsty Cottage is a spacious apartment within an Orangery, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and mattress, secure parking and electric gates. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.

Welcome to Townsend Barn. The cottage is 5 mins from Devizes & easy to get to Bath, Avebury, Stonehenge, Longleat, Bristol and Salisbury. 𝗣𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝟭 𝗼𝗿 𝟮 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀. 𝗜𝗳 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀, 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟯 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds. In bedroom 2, there is also a single bed. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a bath and a HAND-shower.
