The unit is quite new and only operate as Airbnb for few months only based on communication with host. The unit was equipped with smart switch system. The design and layout of unit also modern and comfortable. Host was very responsible. Even though I chat host about the air cond lack of gas and cause not enough cold at the time 11pm but host still assist to arrange repair man to come and solve the issue. Thank you so much giving us a pleasant stay in Kelantan.

Shah's house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. He was very responsive to requests for information, and when we found a problem with the AC he had an electrician there in a few hours on a Saturday night! The carport is covered, and there are locks for the front door and the entrance gate. There is a washer and a dryer! A large supermarket is five minutes away. Shah gave us a long list of his favorite restaurants and also told us how to get to the Perhentian Islands. He recommended going to the fishermen's village there to rent a private boat for snorkeling and we ended up staying for a few nights by the village, which for us was a great place for home base. Shah lives down the street from this house, and we met him (and his young daughter) and really liked him.

Really enjoyed staying here! The place was super clean and smelled great when we walked in. It was really cozy and comfortable. There’s a big parking space. Loved that it had everything ie washer, dryer, induction cooker, TV, even filtered water. Super convenient. The host also very nice and very responsive Would totally stay again!

My first experience ever with airbnb and i got it from the very good host..easy to comunicate..even i tell any problem the host will respon promptly.. Big space for big family trip. Only 1 incident happen to my kids when swimming in the pool..the pool had some broken tiles and my kids accidently step on it and tear the skin..quite long the wound but is not host problem..already mention to the management office to take action regarding the pool. Other than that, all goods. Ty vivian and impiana condovilla.
