The place is nice, quite big for 6 guests, and the lobby is also helpful though they really ensure us will not make any trouble as visitor. The facility like swimming pool and shopping area is close and great. Perhaps additional complementary such as tea and coffee will make it much better. It’s small things but I believe important for any guest.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

The room is really tidy, clean and well prepared just like the picture. Just bring yourself, all tools already prepared by host: Sleeping equipment (pillow, bedding, bed cover), kitchen utensil, microwave, cleaning tools, etc. Really comfortable for long stay. Host are super helpful and responsive. The instruction also really clear. The building facility is really good: gym, swimming pool (my fav) and the staff really friendly. Parking always available at any hour. The location really strategic, if you use public transport. I really have a nice stay. Really worth the price.

Small studio but perfect for 1 , 2 and everything in it and quiet , no noise of cars. Clear instructions (sorry about my mistake with the lock,my mistake ) I am coming often through Jakarta I may be back. Yungni I did not meet. is very nice, helpful thanks/merci /terimakhasi

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Recommended place for staycation with friends! 💖 (suitable for 3 people). We book the unit including suddenly, but the host is fortunately communicative & very fast response so the booking process is also fast ✨ The check-in instructions by Susan were also smooth without a hitch. The instructions were clear and detail. We request for early check-in & late check-out is also allowed 🥺 There is free access to the pool & gym on the 1st floor. There are also minimarkets, laundry & coffee shops right near the lobby. Need to shop for more complete snacks/ingredients? There is also Indomaret in different towers. Cooking utensils are quite complete/simple cooking. There is also a mini rice cooker, electric stove, electric teapot, microwave! Toiletries are also provided with towels, body wash & shampoo. There is also a water heater, hairdryer & iron. Comfortable beds +there is a smart tv so you can movie marathon all day ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Sis Susan's Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

Had a great stay at the apartment. I booked it last minute due to another hotel cancellation. Revy quickly messaged me once I booked the place, and she gave me clear instructions on how to get access and also kept me posted on the progress,s given it was a last-minute booking. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was homey, clean, had good surroundings. The internet was stable, complete amenities, and very private at the same time. Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.

We had a pleasant stay. I came here for an important interview, and everything was perfect. The internet was stable, the surroundings were quiet, and the room was clean and smelled fresh.
