tempat nya enak, sesuai ekspektasi, bersih juga, nyaman banget sebenernya, org org nya juga fast respon bgt, cuma satu aja si yang bikin agak mengganggu, suara alarm di tengah malam dan pagi pagi buta, katanya si alarm karena ada yang masak asapnya terlalu banyak, tp di unit saya gada yang masak, jadi itu ajasi yang agak mengganggu, selainnya udah sangat bagus, bersih, dan nyaman. thank u

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Great place to stay around the Senayan area! The location is super convenient—just a couple of minutes' drive to GBK (Gelora Bung Karno). Perfect for events, concerts, or morning jogs.

Edith‘s little apparent is great. I stayed in Jakarta for work. Thamrin Residence has great facilities, pool, fitness, and laundry. Just 5 min walk from Grand Indonesia. Edith has been a fantastic host. I will definitely return!

Really recommend staying in Ariama Serviced Residence. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights on the 4th floor and we’re very pleased. The apartment is cozy and comfortable with a minimalist, modern vibe. It includes kitchen and washing/ dryer which was very convenient for us. There is also housemaid available to clean and can do laundry service for 5 pcs daily. The living room would fit a couple or max 3 people. There’s a small balcony connected to the kitchen. My only con is that I wish theTV had netflix. The bedroom includes a queen bed with comfortable sheets and pillows. Theres a mirrored wardrobe with clothes hangers and small safe. However I did not find iron. There is also a small work desk. The bathroom is has a modern design and it’s quite spacious. The shower was nice to use and there’s also a large bathtub. I did find that bathroom could of been cleaner especially the shower/ bath area as there was some soap scum. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would come back :)

Rumah bersih, nyaman, dingin, keluarga senang bisa ngumpul dan main PS5 yang disediakan. Peralatan dapur lengkap, ada mesin cuci best! Thankyou ya. bakal rekomen tempat ini kalau ada keluarga / teman mau nginep lagi.

tempat yang tepat untuk kami yang sedang ada event di ICE BSD City. Suasana cluster yang aman dan nyaman. Fasilitas rumah yang lengkap. Peralatan Dapur lengkap. Ruang tamu agak panas, jadi pintu harus dibuka meski ada kipas angin. Namun 2 kamar di lantai atas sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Overall kami senang menginap di tempat ini, dan kemungkinan kami akan kembali menyewa bila ada event lagi disana. Terimakasih

Tempatnya strategis banget buat yg mau ada event di ice, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki 8 menitan dari ice bsd. Rumahnya homey, bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Amenities dan perlengkapan lengkap sesuai deskripsi, host juga sangat ramah dan helpfull. Bisa early check in jg kalau sebelumnya gaada yg menempati. Next kalau ada event di ice lg kami pasti menginap kembali disini. Terima kasih bu yulita dan pak andri~

kedua kalinya menginap dsni. tempat sangat strategis dan fasilitas lengkap. Host jg sngt responsive. nanti kalau ada acara di sekitar BSD pst akan sewa dsni lagi.

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Good location, tidy place and well managed. Refi’s also nice and fast response. Everything is well prepared, we enjoy our stay.

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍
