The apartment is just great! Everything was as described and brand-new! An additional plus are the parking garage and the sauna in the bathroom. The communication with Laura was easy and proactive. She sent very helpful instructions upfront. We highly recommend this apartment!

We spent a lovely week at Meri's place in Oulu. The apartment is absolutely lovely with well appointed kitchen, unique interiors, wonderful sauna (which we enjoyed many times during our stay) and many thoughtful touches for a comfortable stay for Meri's guests. The apartment has a private patio and fenced-in yard. If you like to run or walk there great walkways and trails. There is a grocery store very close-by and also a bus station that makes trips to the city center easy. The bus system in Oulu runs frequently and reliably, so you can enjoy a quiet suburban and private home setting, but at the same time have an easy access to city center restaurants and shops. Meri was very kind and very helpful and answered promptly any questions we had about the location and transportation. The apartment was clean and welcoming and I can highly recommend Meri as a host and we hope to have another stay here. Thank you Meri!

The apartment is located in a prime location in the center of Oulu and by the sea. The view from the apartment is like a painting, you could have admired it for longer. Beautiful decor, peaceful atmosphere. Everything went very well, we recommend the place to others. We will return again as soon as possible.

Airbnb is the only way to go! Irma offers a great apartment where you feel at home. Everything is available and in the right place. Irma helps at any time with great tips for the area and life in Lapland. We were able to see the northern lights through her tips and Santa Claus was also on our to-do list. The apartment is exactly as in the photos and description. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the center, the sea and all services. A small supermarket right in front of the house and two larger ones a 5-minute walk away. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with the main products for both cooking and hygiene already available. Susanna is a very kind and helpful host; in her apartment we really felt at home! We hope to be able to return to Oulu soon and stay in this apartment again!

The apartment is beautifully and appropriately decorated. Small details delighted. A wonderful sauna and bath, a cozy glazed balcony and a luxurious bedroom made the visit perfect.

This place is absolutely stunning — it felt just like home from the moment we walked in. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the view of the river was simply beautiful. What really sets this stay apart, though, are the small extra touches the hosts thoughtfully included: delicious chocolate, quality tea, oats for breakfast, a lovely selection of shower gels, and even spare toothbrushes just in case. It’s these little details that show how much care has gone into creating a truly special experience. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. I'd love to come back. Thank you.

A functional and cozy ensemble in a quiet location with the best price quality I've ever experienced. I can easily recommend if you want some privacy in a comfortable setting near the ocean. The owner communicated very quickly which is also a big plus.

Elina was very quick to reply and help us out. The house was big and had everything we needed and more for a short stay in Haparanda/Tornio area. The sauna was good and the various spaces were all comfortable. It’s a great option and I would stay again

A nice and clean cottage and a traditional sauna in a really great location, from where you can admire the stunningly beautiful landscape of the sea.

Clean and new apartment. It was easy to find and free Parking nearby. Very clear instructions from Johannes. All the needed amenities for studio apartment. Small details like fan, phone charger and drying rack was good addition. For the price there can't be better accomodation.

Great apartment in a great location. Close to the city center and Hupisaari parks, but still a quiet area. The huge (approx. 60 m2) and well-equipped balcony/terrace is certainly a wonderful experience during the summer and really gives you the opportunity to spend time in the fresh air. The apartment was clean and functional for two adults.

Very cozy and peaceful accommodation. There would be literature for half of life's needs and, in addition, a fine collection of LPs. We would certainly have enjoyed a longer stay. Good beds.
