Walking dogs in nature is easy. The house features a kitchen, a wood-fired sauna, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV, an air-source heat pump, Wi-Fi, and a view of the Simojo River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! A barbecue cabin in the yard and a lean-to shelter on the beach! Also, ask about activities that can be arranged on-site! Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. The beach is stone-based and has no jetty, so you must be able to swim if you want to take a dip in the river. The property has just been fitted with an air heat pump that keeps the apartment comfortably cool and brings pleasant warmth in winter.

Haiku is a modern and compact (21.5 m2) mini-house in Hailuoto's Keskikylä. It exudes relaxation and peace, even though it is located with others like it in a housing association. The shops are about 1.5 km away and Hailuodon Brewery is less than a kilometer away. Marjaniemi is 11 kilometers away. You can also get there by public transport. Note: No sauna. Haiku has a fiber optic connection and is heated by ecological wind power. Air heat pump for cooling and heating. No animals. Fragrance-free detergents.
