Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

The cottage is rustic with outdoor toilet and cold/summer water in the kitchen. The cabin does not have a shower/bathtub. In summer, it is possible to rent a sauna at Leppäniemikajen on Seskarö, about 3 km from the cabin. Two nice beaches within 300 meters distance. Seskarö offers a grocery store. 28 km from Seskarö there are the border towns of Haparanda and Torneå which offer shopping and other activities.

On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. Stay in the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small,tidy with everything you need. Electric sauna,shower,toilet,stove,dishes,refrigerator and cooking utensils There's a trail to the beach and a rowing boat in use. The beach is rocky and doesn't have a dock, so you need to be able to swim if you take a dip in the river. An air source heat pump that just came in to keep the apartment nice and warmth in the winter.

In the bedroom, a double bed and in the other rooms, there are also 2 extendable sofa beds. Rovaniemi is 120km away. Kemi and Tornio 20km.
