Converted coach house, ancient cruck beams and woodburner. Country village near Ross on Wye. Restful and quiet, ideal for couple. Open plan with mezzanine bedroom. Two loos, shower. Long views. Great pubs nearby. Own patio and fire basket in orchard. 3 friendly dogs, 2 horses. On May Hill with many walking opportunities . Seven counties visible from the top. On edge of Forest of Dean with excellent walking/cycling routes, and canoeing on the River Wye just 20 mins away. Cheltenham races 40 mins.

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Detached self-contained single-storey cottage with large private garden in Malvern Hills AONB. Guests can use our field too which has unrivalled views of the Severn Valley & Malverns for picnics, football, kite flying & star gazing etc. Fast BT fibre broadband , smart tv, dishwasher, washing machine, electric heating in each room ( no carbon monoxide detector necessary), gated parking. Second tv in the twin bedroom. We do not do same day turnarounds to enable enhanced thorough cleaning.

Keep warm with a wood-burner and fire wood provided, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated shower room is close to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs. Please note there is no WiFi.

Far reaching views across the herefordshire countryside to May hill, and just 5 minutes from the market town of Ledbury.
