Bear Cub Lodge

KenzieRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Erin & Joseph were the BEST hosts! Booked before they were superhosts and honestly, they deserve it! Full kitchen. Cabin smells so amazing — like fresh lumber. Reminds me of my grandfather’s cottage from my childhood. There’s a fire pit which was perfect for our stay. Bed was super comfortable! We came for our anniversary and they left us water bottles, flowers, mugs, cake and cookies — which were SO GOOD! There was also movie snacks waiting for us on the coffee table! It’s so peaceful, we hated to leave. The natural lighting makes the morning sunlight come into the cabin so lovely. It was an absolute dream! There are also board games upstairs for kiddos! There’s also a trail to walk around in the woods. There’s tons of parking. If you like supporting local businesses, there’s plenty around for firewood, honey, pastries, syrup, etc. Erin was also so sweet when we forgot to take the trash out for checking out šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøšŸ˜† Seriously, book with them! It was the best AirBnB experience we’ve ever had

One of the best places I’ve stayed! The vibe and decor were so nice, super clean and cozy too. The amenities were great and everything was really thoughtfully put together. Really appreciated the market gift card, such a sweet touch! Would definitely come back.

EcoCabin, for 2-4, 90 mi view

KathrynRating, 5 stars4 days ago
WOW! Amazing, especially for those outdoors people. My husband and I loved the cabin as well as the area: Bingham, Solon, and Moxie. If you say you didn't find anything to do, then you should have stayed at home on your porch. My husband and I were able to experience great fishing spots, thanks to talking with locals that were great enough to share theirspots. We loved this cabin, so so much. secluded enough for our loud mouths. Up in the Appalachian mountains, over looking the Appalachian mountains. The cabin was very well thought out before it was built. very well taken care of.

Cozy Lakefront Cabin * CampChamp

BenRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Overall, we had a very peaceful and smooth stay at this beautiful cabin! We found it with no troubles, hosts were very responsive, and the boats and board games were nice touches. We had a few minor issues (coffee container was empty and firewood costs were a bit steep), but we’d recommend the cabin and would love to come back.

Luxury Nordic Cabin | Lakefront w Hot Tub + Sauna

MarianRating, 5 stars2 months ago
An absolute gem if you want to reconnect with family/nature, relax and unplugg. It was so peaceful and tranquil. my 5 year old son loved being in the loft stargazing at night. we would be sitting in the deck by the firepit for smores and some snacks every night. Truly, one of our best family trips. Kendra is also very responsive.

Price's Point - Cabin on the water

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I can absolutely, highly recommend David. Literally the only issue was that we wished the dock was out on the water. But everything else was perfect, and we just saw that as a minor inconvenience. It was beautiful, very clean, nicely decorated, beautiful scenery and kayaking available. The fishing was great, as we caught quite a few for dinnerā˜ŗļø David was a perfect host and was available any time we had a question. He is very polite and courteous, and frankly fun to talk with. 😊

Pet-Friendly Lakefront A-Frame

ElizabethRating, 5 stars7 months ago
I had an absolutely magical stay at Camp Moonbud. It was just me but I could have fit the family. For starters, it’s on a beautiful lake. The house is cozy and lovingly decorated, high-end linens, well stocked kitchen, and spotlessly clean. They didn’t miss a thing. I was the last visitor of the season and the chill was setting in, mist coming up off the lake in the mornings, and the most beautiful evening sunsets. I can imagine what a joy it must be to be here in the height of summer. The camp is located near to great hiking (I hiked), good food (I ate), and not far from Midcoast or Portland. The proprietors – Amy and Dana - are unmatched. They are responsive and warm and engaged Mainers; they picked up a grocery order for me because I was getting in late the first night, left treats for my morning breakfast, and even invited me to join their Sunday morning running gang! Huge bonus. Left Readfield with a couple of new friends! Highly recommend this gem.
