Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup. Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup. Internal stairway locked both sides. There is a whole house water filter, we have very clean water on every faucet (Drinking water). We have dual twin memory foam beds and a huge sectional couch. Some amenities pool table, ping pong. This way our wall stays clean and painted.
