Dip into the shared pool, following up with a BBQ lunch. Back inside, reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures comfort at all times. A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering. A light continental breakfast is also supplied. As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb twice now, and we already can’t wait to return again! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much care and attention to detail has gone into this home. It’s truly immaculate, spotless, beautifully styled, and incredibly welcoming. One of the standout features is the generous range of pantry and fridge supplies. It’s rare to find a place that goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, and this one does exactly that. Every little touch has been thoughtfully considered. Our dog Charlie absolutely loved it too, it’s not always easy to find pet-friendly accommodation that also maintains such a high standard, but this one ticks every box. We felt completely at ease and so comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you again for creating such a relaxing and impressive space. We will definitely be back!

We actually live in Adelaide but needed someone to stay between house settlements. The location was perfect. Close to so many parks and all of the shops, restaurants etc. on Norwood Parade. Nguyen is the kindest host, so so lovely to liaise with. The place felt like home, not sterile. So much character and warmth. There were even eggs, milk, cereal and fruit on our arrival! Received with gratitude for a few hungry kids. I have to quote my son “Mum if our new house doesn’t work out I’d be more than happy to live here.” Thanks Nguyen, I will highly recommend your place to family and friends. ☺️🏠

I had a truly wonderful stay at John and Jill’s property! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped. From toiletries to kitchen essentials—and even thoughtful extras like biscuits and oats—they had stocked everything one could possibly need. It really felt like all I had to do was step in and start living, without having to worry about picking up any basics. Check-in was slightly tricky, especially since I arrived after sunset. Google Maps directed me to the neighbouring property, and since John and Jill’s place is located at the rear of the block, it was a bit hard to spot in the dark due to limited lighting. That said, John had shared helpful screenshots in advance, and when I called Jill around 9 PM, she immediately guided me over the phone and made sure I reached without stress. Their responsiveness and support were much appreciated. John and Jill are truly wonderful hosts—warm, considerate, and thoughtful in every way.

We spent two nights at John and David's place this past weekend. We also brought our two Westie pups with us, so we really appreciated that the place was dog friendly. The townhouse is very close to The Parade in Norwood (which is a lovely suburb), where there are lots of eateries and bars. The townhouse itself was well furnished, in great condition (as per the photos) and access could not have been easier. I contacted John once or twice during our stay, and he was very friendly and responsive. The townhouse is situated on a major road, but being at the back of the block, we did not experience any noise whatsoever. We would not hesitate to stay at John and David's place next time we are in Adelaide.
