The house is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Lakithra, which is a picturesque village only 7 kilometers away from the capital Argostoli. The southern village of Lakithra owes its popularity to its spectacular setting. The hamlet’s whitewashed buildings are spread over a series of green foothills, which look out towards the Ionian Sea. Its high-up location means there’s always a nice breeze, even in the hot summer months.
