Perfect family house for vacation located less than 100m. from the beach. It is a two floor apartment (ground floor-first floor).The house consists of two bedrooms and in every bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. It also has a child's bed. In the living room there is an open single bed (if necessary), fully equipped kitchen (microwave,oven,fridge), it has one bathroom and one WC, washing machine, iron, and also A/C, fast internet connection,satellite TV for each country,a garden, BBQ.

Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει κλιματισμό, θέρμανση, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο καθώς και ντους. Κατάλληλο για 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά. Στο διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε πετσέτες και κλινοσκεπάσματα. Σε λίγα μέτρα θα βρείτε mini market, φαρμακείο, αρτοποιείο και εστιατόριο.

Parken ist auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück und an der Straße möglich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Paleos Zigos Xanthi, nur 4,5 km vom Zentrum von Xanthi entfernt. Es ist 20 Minuten vom Nationalpark Nestos Delta und weniger als 20 Minuten von den Stränden der Gegend entfernt. Im Dorf sind Einkaufsläden sehr nah. In der Nähe ist eine Bushaltestelle.

Part of UNESCO park, Delta Nestos, Kavala, art and culture.The house is convenient comfortable, and practical, offering a clean and modern deisgn for a healthy vacation, in an authentic setting, close to nature and its well preserved beauties. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.
