The area is old Järvenpää, the properties protected by the Finnish Heritage Agency and under renovation surround the property.

The main railway line (about 500 m to the station) ensures fast and easy connections to Helsinki and the airport. Walking to Aino Arena, in summer to the beach and in winter to go skating. Asuntoon on oma sisäänkäynti alapihamme kautta, josta löydät myös parkkipaikan. Studio on remontoitu vuonna 2020 ja samassa yhteydessä on hankittu myös uudet kalusteet. Saunakallion juna-asemalta on meille 1 km ja Helsinki-Vantaan lentokentälle ajat autolla tai junalla noin 30 minuutissa. Lakanat, pyyhkeet, kahvi, tee ja sokeri sisältyvät hintaan
