Property is located 5 feet from a private launching ramp and private dock. Lakeside fun is just steps away! Swimming, fishing, and boating can be enjoyed from your private nautical oasis!

Our property is ideally situated only 1.5 blocks from the beautiful Grand Lake and 1 mile from the closest public boat ramp, making it an ideal destination for fishing and boating enthusiasts. We understand that our guests may need space to park large vehicles, and we're pleased to offer a full driveway behind a locked gate for your convenience.

This fully furnished cabin offers all the comforts of home and sits just minutes from the trails and lake access of Little Blue State Park and Cabbage Hollow. Whether you're seeking an action-packed adventure with boating and off-roading or a tranquil escape, this rental is the ideal destination. Tucked away from the beaten path, you can immerse yourself in nature, explore the surrounding rustic terrain, spot deer in the yard, and gather around the fire pit for s'mores.

The Tiny Cottage (Jay City Limits)

The Tiny Cottage is perfect for guests who are traveling with kids or pets and would like to avoid a hotel. The Cottage has almost 400 sq. feet of personal space. It is fully equipped with a living room, galley kitchen, full bathroom, small bedroom, and private yard. The deck has patio seating. Pets need to be well-behaved. This is Lakeside Sunset Cabin with King bed, queen sofa pull-out, kitchenette, fireplace, gas grill on outside deck, deck seating, hot tub, boat dock, nearby boat launch. Great location to enjoy your favorite lake activities. If this cabin is unavailable, look for E Cabin (Sunrise)
