A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath Entry to the property by lockbox. 1 Gloucester Cottages is nestled in the quaint mining village of Stanton Drew in the Chew Valley, Somerset, The village is home of the prehistoric Stanton Drew stone circles, the second largest stone circle in Britain after Avebury. The cottage is great for families and couples, it has a fully equipped kitchen and is furnished through out, a king sized bed and double with all linen included. We have fast wifi, parking and an open working fireplace for those cosy nights in with a bottle of red.

Welcome to our home! As a part-time and much-loved lived-in home, it's fully equipped with everything you need, is clean, and situated in a nice quiet street, enabling you to enjoy a peaceful visit. We'll include fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other channels. Located close to the A4174 ring road between Bristol and Bath. Bristol Centre - Around 5 Miles. Travel time between 20 - 45 mins, depending on time of day. Bath - Around 10 Miles. 25 - 45 Mins. Happy to answer anything else!

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Leave stress behind and relax in the grounds of a grade II listed Manor House in the heart of the beautiful Somerset countryside. You can step out of the front door into the fields. There are miles of footpaths to explore. You can enjoy Bath, a Unesco World Heritage city, its buildings, history and restaurants, visit the hustle and bustle of Bristol, explore the countless picture postcard villages, pubs and cafes or visit a range of National Trust properties. Something for everyone.

The Nook

Relax in this spacious flat. We aim to make you warm, comfortable and have everything you need. The king size bed will ensure a great night’s sleep; the en-suite has a power shower, bath and wc. Heavenly and local Bramley Products are provided free of charge. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, induction hob, oven, washing machine as well as your cutlery and crockery essentials. The smart TV is set up with a host of apps so you can sit back and enjoy a good box set.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own entrance with a small fenced garden and patio with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo, and business travellers. Dogs are welcome but must not be left on their own.
