Our stay with Vithal and his family was perfect. We felt so at home. The food was truly incredible and we were never disappointed. We loved just sitting on the balcony watching the birds and listening to the beautiful forest noise for hours. Vithal was so helpful in recommending us places to go. The farm is truly a magical place and it is evident how much care and love went into making our stay special and comfortable. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Loved the location. This property consists of 7 villas enclosed in a gated community. This gives you the feeling of being secluded from civilisation while still being close to most of the beaches and restaurants. The best thing about this place for me were the farm animals they have on the property. There was a dog that would always accompany us to our villa whenever we came back late. He would sit on the porch making sure we got in safe and would only leave when we would lock our door. There was a bit of an issue with the air conditioning when we reached the villa. But thanks to Rina aunty (the caretaker) it was handled very swiftly! So to summarise this is a great place to chill away from the usual hustle bustle of Goa and still be close enough to go back to it if you start missing other people! Would love to visit again during our next trip!

I stayed at Ashoks place with my husband and 2 kids. The farm is beautiful and we felt very inspired by the story of the farm and everything they had achieved. Ashok, his family and staff were all extremely helpful and professional. We really enjoyed the tour and the pool. unfortunately for us, we visited during a heat wave which meant we decided to leave a little earlier as we were too hot! We would love to go back another time and stay for longer during more manageable weather. The food was delicious and accomodation spacious and practical. Thanks Ashok to you and family for making our stay a wonderful experience.

This was our second stay at Francisco Neil’s beautiful 280-year-old Goan home, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The house is full of character and charm, offering a unique and peaceful experience. Francisco was a kind and attentive host—very responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It’s a great place for families, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Goan experience!

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

This was a lovely place to stay, we had wonderful walks around the area and the host was very helpful and responsive, and helped to find us alternative transport when our bus got cancelled. She also gave us recommendations for things to do nearby. The room was homely, clean and great value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at Swamighar for a week and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house is very beautiful with all necessary amenities. It comes with a huge living area,2 bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen, washing machine and sufficient drying space.The house is surrounded by an arecanut plantation, the mornings are a bliss here, you will experience such peace and tranquility. A huge shoutout to Mausi who makes amazing food, do not miss out on trying her seafood thaali and aloo parathas, it left us craving for more. The host Aditya was a superb host, he was always reachable to answer any queries we had, he also gave us some good recommendations for exploring Goa. His communication was crystal clear.I would recommend Swamighar if you are looking to have a calm and peaceful stay in. The area is quite remote, so you would so you would need your own transport but it is safe, we travelled many times very late in the night and did not face any issue. Definitely will return.
