The house is located in a secure, quiet urban area with many amenities: 200m away is a gym and swimming pool, and 100m away is a pickleball court and a night market. There is a beautiful beach near the sea. It only takes 3 minutes by motorbike from your house to get to the beautiful beach. 1 minute to ICE Jungle Park 6 minutes to Sunset area, 12 minutes to the airport, and lots of amenities nearby. The building has 5 floors (the landlord lives on the 2nd floor separately). You can use all the remaining floors and have a private elevator.
