There are nearby amenities and great restaurants nearby, so I enjoyed a walk and a meal or a schedule. ^^ I recommend it.

We love this Villa, the plane is delayed more than 1 hour but the host still waiting and preparing cakes and water, our children are very hungry and thank you much for this welcome, the pool is large and the living room is very big. Quiet green space. We would come back and recommend this Villa to our friends.

Wow! This stunning place felt like I was staying in an interior design magazine! The Zen minimalist design with lovely gardens and tranquil spaces and pool made me want to stay forever! Not just because of the serene beauty, but also because Quynh has thought of every possible convenience, providing comfort touches such as luxurious bathrobes and great smelling toiletries. We were especially impressed with the quality bed linens and great pillows - even a special orthopedic neck pillow!The layout of the apartment was wonderful too. There were three of us staying here (my husband and I, and our friend) and it was great to have two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom (complete with garden!). The work desks in each bedroom were great as we needed to do some remote work during our stay and the internet was superb. Communication with Trinh was fabulous and she was lovely at arranging everything we needed!

It's a place where 9 large families stay. It is a comfortable accommodation for 2 parents, 3 children, and 4 adults. In Da Nang and Hoi An, where I didn't know anyone, ahn became a reliable friend. ahn gave me feedback from time to time through Airbnb messages, and kindly advised me on all schedules, such as booking a pickup sanding, massage recommendations, and restaurant recommendations. Every room was fully equipped with air conditioning, and there were plenty of amenities. There is also a local Vietnamese restaurant and cafe pharmacy right in front. The kids said they liked it better than the hotel in Da Nang. I swam in our own accommodation until 10 pm. I did laundry, bought fruit at the dawn market, and drank water. I wish the common living room was a little cooler. However, all of ahn's responses were so great that I was satisfied. ahn was very reliable, and was a great help in a large family trip where there were no variables. The host said that he would find the hat I left in the restaurant and send the sunglasses I left in the accommodation to Korea... Really awesome! My image of Vietnamese people has improved.

Villa Hyatt 3 bedrooms in Da Nang is spacious, luxurious, has a private pool and direct access to the beach, suitable for families or groups of friends. Professional service, full amenities, but prices are quite high during peak season. It's very cheap compared to the value. Highly recommend . 100%

We have just had a wonderful 8 day stay at Banyan Ocean Villa. Everything worked seamlessly, from booking, to airport pickup - and from the moment we arrived at the villa we were treated like royalty by Yen and the team. Nothing was too much trouble - breakfast everyday was wonderful, and the team were always available to offer local suggestions or advice. Communication with Jules and Matt was great as well, with them proactively offering suggestions and regularly checking in with us, which was appreciated. The location is wonderful - literally 30 seconds from the beach and being in An Bang rather than Hoi An was fab as a lot quieter (and still great restaurants) - but close enough to Grab into Hoi An. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to go back one day - was a wonderful holiday.

What a wonderful home to stay in ! So beautifully furnished with tasteful local decor, a lush private peaceful garden with a lovely fish pond, just a few minutes from the beach and only a short cab ride to the old quarter ! The breakfasts provided every morning were fabulous and any questions we had were answered immediately ! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing beautiful stay in Hoi An !!

Located in a great area with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Highly Recommended!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids, 7 and 9 years old, a total of 6 people stayed. I arrived in Da Nang at dawn, so I stayed at the Wingk Hotel for one night and then stayed at the More Ocean Resort for 3 days the next day~~~ From the first day of check-in, the butler was so kind and attentive, and it was so nice that he took care of us meticulously and thoroughly. Thank you again. ~ ^^ We stayed at M4, but it was so convenient that Grab and delivery waited and delivered right to the front door. The main pool was a 2-minute walk, so we had a fun time playing in the pool villa and the main pool, and the chef came to prepare breakfast service in the morning, and he was kind and delicious ~ ^^ However, the only thing that was unfortunate was that the facilities were old, but 6 of us had a good time at a low price~:) Overall, if you want to be quiet, the location was good. We spent 10,000 won on a taxi to go shopping and massage from Lotte Mart in Hansaeng Market to Mike Beach every day. The distance is a little far, but if you are looking for a quiet and full bill, it is a good value for the money~ Thank you for giving me such a pleasant time.

This place was exactly what it appears to be. The house is breathtaking and the staircase it beautiful. If you don't like steps this may not be the place for you or if you have a lot of luggage. Everyone was so attentive and always ready to help. The local recommendation the assistance with transportation and the booking of excursions was simply amazing. The customer care and accessibility anytime was what makes this house stand out. The hosts literally ensure that you have everything you need. The really made me fall in love with Danang and I hope to be back soon and would definitely stay at the same place

95% satisfaction There are individual differences, but I am very satisfied with the kitchen facilities, air conditioning, number of rooms, toilet, Wi-Fi, etc.

Had a wonderful stay at the property. Especially satisfied with the service from the host. Messages was promptly replied and any issues was rectified the soonest possible. The villa is perfect for a big family to relax after a whole day out, or even to just stay in the whole day.

Quynh Trang not only had an amazingly beautiful immaculate clean house, she topped up with her amazing hospitality. In my so many years of AirB&B experience, she was hands down the best host we ever came across. Her attention to detail in the property and her proactively helping us stood out like no other. I usually don't leave a lot of reviews and at least don't write a lot in the reviews but in her case I'm making an exception because she was simply awesome as a host. Our family loved the place. I'll highly recommend this place.

There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom, living room, and kitchen space on the 1st floor. Overall, it's clean and comfortable. It's quiet because it's a residential area nearby. It's a little unfortunate that there's no swimming pool.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean spacious and modern with beautiful rooms decorated and furnished to a very hight standard. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed multiple times during our stay. The house manager Helen was great and sorted out any issues we had promptly and professionally. We were allowed to check in early and when we had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms on the first day and Helen organised this to be resolved immediately, it was fixed within an hour. Highly recommended this stay you won’t be disappointed.

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

The whole family had a luxurious stay at a price that wasn't burdensome ~ The condition of the accommodation was really good Dyson dryer is the best +_+ Thanks to the spacious pool, we didn't know it was hard and we had fun! They also rented water supplies, so I reduced my luggage ~ If I come back, I want to use it again.

The host is very enthusiastic, responds quickly and is very supportive. It is located in the center so it is easy to move around, but if anyone wants to be close to the beach, from here you have to go quite far (but don't worry because Da Nang city is quite small to travel)

Great family vacation sanctuary. Large living room, high ceilings, natural light and nice garden. Pool great for kids. Friendly and peaceful neighborhood. Responsive and kind hosts. Cleaning options available which is nice for a long stay. All the necessary kitchen amenities available.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended
