Great host very flexible and accommodating nothing was too much for Majid A gentleman and a scholar would recommend his house great safe location and local amenities are a walk away No negative whatsoever and majid and his assistant are always available if needed

Great place! It was clean and the view is great from the terrace and rooms. The access was easy and the host was accommodating. The helper was also accommodating. The place had good facilities however microwave oven wasn’t provided.

There is a lot to say about this place, pictures added in ad don't do justice with the place. It's an excellent place with prime location in the heart of swat valley. If you are looking for family, friendly, peaceful place, I would say this is the right place. Host Shahid Shb is so humble and down to earth person, very responsive with positive mind set to understand the situation. Suggestion for guests, arrange own cook or prefer hotels around, normally in such areas cooks are not so great, that's my personal experience. I am giving 5 Star to place and will stay here again, when ever visit swat Vally

The villa itself looks dreamy and is very big and clean, with a guy who’s there for you to help you as well. We couldn’t get a chance to stay the night due to change of plans, but Zafar was very helpful and considerate with everything. Also, please book this Villa if you only want to stay inside of it, there’s nothing much to do in the surroundings and it can be pretty hard to reach there on a car because of really narrow streets and damaged roads.

An amazing place full of character and beauty — a spot that deserves respect and appreciation

The place was exactly as described neat and clean, providing a comfortable space to stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful especially Sikandar who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The food he prepared was absolutely amazing adding to the overall delight of our trip. We were a group of nearly 20 people and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay, delicious meals and warm hospitality. The bonfire and BBQ made our evenings even more special, creating a cozy and memorable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service and a welcoming environment.

What a fantastic little place to stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and the market nearby has all the basics. Within walking distance are two very good parks, perfect for a stroll or light hike. The villa itself is super clean and has everything you need for a longer stay - well equipped kitchen with a gas hob and oven, fridge and freezer. The living room, bed rooms and washrooms were all clean and well-maintained. I felt right at home. The owner and his staff are very easy to communicate with. I would definitely love to visit again!

Luxurious house with peaceful surroundings, help on hand to make sure I had everything I need anytime of the day. I stayed in the master bedroom which was beautiful and had very powerful AC. Host went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend! Thank you M will definitely be booking in the near future. 5*

Good Host

We were a group of 9 (two families) who stayed at Ali’s place for 3 days in Islamabad and had a really pleasant experience. The space is the ground portion of a large bungalow—spacious, clean, and perfect for a group like ours. Everything was exactly as shown in the listing, and we felt comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. Ali was a great host—very hospitable, responsive, and thoughtful. He made sure our stay was smooth and comfortable, and his warm attitude really stood out. As a kind gesture, he even sent us fruits during the day. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Islamabad with family or a group.

This is an absolute gem, tucked away in the middle of nowhere. The staff are ultra friendly and arranged for us to dine in. The house is stunning, with a beautiful garden. I wish that we could have stayed longer. We were the first guests and hopefully not the last. Ideal also, for 4 couples travelling together. This Airbnb is destined to do vey well.

Saifullah is a gem of a host and person. From the moment i had landed with my family at the ISB airport he was in contact and in his care till we got back to the airport. It's always hard to say we felt safe in Pakistan but here we did. Thanks and keep up the good work!

This place was beautiful. A little difficult to locate only because we arrived so late, however check in was so easy. The place and the view were amazing. Most importantly the space was extremely clean with fresh towels, toothpaste, etc. the host was also very helpful and I would come book this place again!
