Waterfront holiday rentals in Kiahuna Beach

If you want to have a true Hawaiian experience; you should stay at this place. Absolutely amazing views, the sea just outside your house. The apartment is well equipped and so wonderful decorated. At arrival there were some snacks and candy on the table. 😃 We enjoyed the XL balcony in the morning, enjoying the view with a cup of coffee ( coffee and tea is also provided ). And we liked it so much that there are no windows ( except the doors to the terrace) it’s all shades so you experience the ocean breeze in the house. Shower is great. Parking in front of the building. Shops and restaurants at walking distance. We are definitely visit this place again. Highly recommended.

Radoslav and Natasha were lovely hosts! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable in their condo. We had an amazing time and can’t recommend it enough!

This place was brilliant! I was on vacation in Princeville w/ mom and dad, and this place was exactly what we needed. It was a <10 minute drive from Hanali bay, restaurants, beaches, Hāʻena park shuttle stop. The AirBnB had a nice kitchen w/ enough cooking material to make dinner/breakfast and save a few bucks while visiting the island. We had a nice view of the ocean, and a few hidden trails near our place. Parking was hella easy. I'm def returning to the island, and if the lord be blessed, this AirBnB will be available for booking. :) Shout out to Brooke for communicating recs to us, for being so responsive, and kind throughout our trip.

I don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay on our honeymoon than Aloha Kai. Jon’s place is modern and immaculate with a homey feel and all the amenities you could ask for. He is a responsive host and it was apparent he wanted us to have a memorable stay. Kapaa is an excellent area with lots of great restaurants and shops in walking distance yet not overly crowded. My wife and I can’t wait to return! 10/10 would recommend Jon’s Aloha Kai paradise!

One of the nicest AirBNB’s I’ve stayed in. Kitchen is fully, and I mean FULLY stocked. So many DVDs to watch. Pool room is a blast. Lots of toys and beach equipment. Board games. AC works great. WiFi is fast. Patio is clean and comfortable. Coffee tastes/works great. 75/10 rating

It was so convenient to have the pool and beach at our doorsteps almost. It was very pleasant walk to get there and this was particularly appreciated given we stayed here with 3 kids under 7 years old. Poipu is a great town.

I honestly can’t think of a better location to stay in Kauai. Kapaa is ideally located for traveling either north or south and a short distance from Lihue. The condo is right on the beach across a short walkway and the view is spectacular. We loved the sound of the waves in the night. Also, it’s next to the pool and a 2 minute walk from restaurants and stores. Josie was super responsive to our questions and everything went smoothly. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

AMAZING: The mattress felt just like our European Sleep Design WONDERFUL mattress at home. We slept well and were pain-free in the morning! A great plus! GREAT: Television options and the beautiful view. PERFECT: The location. Once we had our bearings, we discovered we were perfectly located to some of the best restaurants around. They were within minutes. Dining is our favorite, so we were very pleased. The beach between The Plantation and the Sheraton was ideal, not rocky as is common around the island. MEH, not impressive: The extras. The lawn chairs, bougie boards and play equipment were too old and dingy to even touch, let alone put a half-clothed body on. In dire need of replacement. Unusually bad compared to like items used in Maui, Seal Beach, Mendocino. The Athletic Club was not nice at all. The grounds are simply lovely here and walking alone at night was incredibly safe and enjoyable. If we were to return to Kauai, we would not hesitate to rebook Jonathan's place.

Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

Perfect condo for an island getaway. The condo matched the pictures and was relaxing and comfortable. Perfect place to come back to after a long day of beach adventures. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at many different properties of Susanne’s over the years, and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Exactly as depicted in the ad. Super clean and super convenient. We can’t wait to come back to Kauai and stay in one of Susanne’s properties in the future.

Overall we had a wonderful stay at Rico and Cinzia's place. Everything was clean and you are right up against rocks with water crashing against them. You can see turtles swimming and even spinner dolphin's one day. It is within walking distance to Poipu beach where you can rent snorkels, boogie boards and surf boards. Also, within walking or driving distance to The Grand Hyatt that has wonderful restaurants or Shipwreck Beach that is a great beach and has an easy explorative walk/hike. If I had one critique it would be for stocking the house a bit more with simple things like pens, games, parchment paper or storage bags.

What a pleasure it was to stay at Kendall's! The home was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed from baking dishes, herbs to beach chairs and a cooler. The home was beautifully decorated and having two separate floors for our party of 5 was really wonderful. We really enjoyed having every meal out on the lanai. Having such close access to the beach, Waimea Canyon and more was really fantastic! The cherry-on-top was Kendall's dog Piper, who adopted my family for the week. Both Kendall and Joel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My parents are already talking about wanting to come back to their home! I couldn't this place recommend more!

The host was very responsive and addressed our concerns quickly, which we really appreciated. We booked last minute, and while the property wasn’t ready upon arrival, the host promptly sent a cleaner to take care of it. Once everything was taken care of, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The view is absolutely wonderful, and despite the initial hiccup, we would definitely book this place again!

James and Sara’s place exceeded our expectations. Incredible location in Poipu, a beautiful “studio” suite with all the amenities you want including a private pool and efficiency kitchen, very responsive hosts, and a truly great value considering this area is in high demand. I would stay again, and I highly recommend these excellent accommodations!

Excellent location right on the oceanfront. Easy access to swimmable spot (walk several block down to public beach access or walk over some rocks/logs on the beach toward the more swimmable side). We also snorkeled right in front of the house but entry was a little tricker. House is older but clean. Tracey communicated well with any questions I had and to make sure all was well. Easily walkable to market, several good restaurants, etc. The house worked well for 4 adults and we would absolutely stay again if in the area! Thanks Tracey.

Thankfully Roberts condo was free for the time we needed. This was a last minute pick after our first condo ended up being a disgusting dive. What a welcome change. Robert’s quick friendly confirmation left the remainder of our day worry free. When we arrived that evening we were overjoyed to walk into such a clean homey little condo. It had all the comforts of home. Plus the standard beach gear to enjoy. This unit is on the high end of the property. Yet, it still had a decent enough view of the ocean. As well as the properties grounds. It’s was a top floor unit the stairs were not much fun being that we had packed for a ten day trip. We survived! I would definitely stay in Robert’s unit again.

Tom’ s place was the perfect place to stay in Kauai! It’s right on the beach, so we woke up to the most beautiful sunrises every morning and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The view from the lanai is stunning - we spent hours just sitting out there, soaking it all in. The condo had everything we needed for beach days: chairs, towels, umbrella...Super convenient and thoughtful! Tom was an awesome host — super kind, easy to communicate with. He really made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a chill, beachfront spot with incredible views and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, markets…,this is the place. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Mahalo, Tom!

Lynn’s place was beautiful and she was super responsive!

This was our first visit to Kauai and this spot was perfect! It was great for me and my husband and our 13 year old twins. We had plenty of space, the kitchen and washer/dryer were great amenities. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning and the view was lovely. Location great for all activities we engaged in. Enas was a responsive host and the car was an added convenience! We would certainly stay again! Thank you!

Awesome location. Loved being able to walk to the beach easily and not have to worry about parking. A/c worked super well. Would stay here again if staying in Poipu!

Wife and I have been married 43 years and this was our best vacation ever. We love Kauai, but have never had the beautiful views and convenience we had with Allison's place. She is very vested in making sure you are taken care of and happy. She was so responsive...we couldn't have asked for better treatment. The view from our lanai was spectacular! I was diagnosed with Parkinson's right before our trip, so we were around the resort a little more than we had planned. It could not have been better. We all know that going to Hawaii is not cheap, but we left this place feeling like we really got our moneys worth. The condo was beautifully decorated and was comfortable from the moment we entered. I can't overstate how pleased we are with the way Allison treated us and the beautiful place she provided for us. We are looking forward to our next trip to Kauai. It really is the best Island in our opinion. Thanks again to Allison and her team for all of their caring and professionalism.

We had a fantastic stay at Heather & Khaled’s Airbnb. Khaled was very responsive and really friendly! The place was very clean and spacious. The view is spectacular- can’t beat the sound of the waves! Some things we really appreciated that we did not see in other comments that I wanted to highlight: Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided. The BBQ grill does NOT need charcoal - it is ready to use and has all the supplies needed. The bed comes with a soft blanket (as someone who NEEDS a soft blanket when I sleep, this was great). There is a ceiling fan if you are someone that can’t sleep without a fan! We would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. It’s the mid point between north and south side of this island. Has great food and grocery stores nearby all within walking distance.

Their airbnb was great with amazing ocean views. The apartment was clean and kitchen had all essentials. Beach supplies were available too which was handy. We loved our stay here
