Excellent property and worth every penny spent. Just a couple of mins walk from the beach and well maintained with all modern amenities. Caretaker Shailesh is also quite helpful and supportive.

Edens estate nestled in the lap of nature in Nagaon is a wonderful stay for your family and friends! The owners have very delightfully and intricately designed the property with the best of everything. Great interiors and artwork adorn the insides with spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. All walls are decorated with nice paintings and they make you want to stay indoors but the lush green exteriors are so well done and maintained that its great fun to walk around the property and enjoy being in the midst of nature. The caretaker Mr Ashok Patil is a gentleman and a very helpful person and made our stay there so much better! The kids and my parents all had a great time and enjoyed the pool and the green compound thoroughly! Really looking forward to be back and enjoy it all over again!

great find on air bnb and worth it. there are 3 bedrooms with one bedroom having a small room inside it. pool timings end at 10pm. very good caretakers.

What a wonderful and splendid stay in the villa . It felt like we are in home. Everything was so neat and clean . The caretaker boy nitish was so cooperative. I highly recommend this for a peaceful stay .

Bee Villa was just right for a chilled getaway for our reunion trip. Away from the commercial hustle bustle but a quick ride to get whatever we needed. Bunty the caretaker and the rest of the staff there were available and prompt in getting us whatever we needed. They helped arrange for meals so that we didn’t have to bother anything. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The two kids in our group played on the terrace all day and didn’t want to come home :-) The villa is a quick walk from a quiet part of the beach so just right to saunter about. We travelled with our pet dog who also was comfortable in the house. Excellent venue for our friend reunion! We were a group of 8. The place is spacious enough to easily host 12-16 persons.

Visited the place with friends. The host as well as the staff are super friendly, warm and promptly help. They made us feel at home. The entire property is beautiful and maintained quite well. Views are pretty. The food too aas freshly made and tasty. Would definitely recommend for friends and family.

It was a great peaceful place a very good escape home there was a speaker available as well the host was very friendly and the caretaker was very helpful and responsive The only complain was the swimming pool was kinda dirty we still swam but it could have been cleaner Otherwise all in all a very good stay worth the money if you are over 12 people you couldn’t find a better place than this

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush mango trees — we even got to enjoy some fresh mangoes which were absolutely delicious. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. The beach is nearby, and food delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato were available, which made things very convenient. However, the highlight was definitely the food prepared by the caretaker — it was homely, fresh, and full of flavor. We requested them to cook for us, and they took care of everything. The owner was also incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back again!

The property looks same as it is in the photos. The caretaker is helpfull as well. All the amenities were great and the place is just 10 mins away from beach and is easy to find. The pools big and clean as well. Will like to visit again!💫

It was a great villa with spacious living room, clean and a lovely yard and pool for activities like playing a sport. Table tennis table that has been shown in the photos was missing so note that. Outdoor porch seating was also nice.

Sushanti Villa is one of the few places in Nagaon Alibag which is well built, has proper parking space. The interiors of the villa are well lit. The furniture is top notch, has all the amenities listed in the description. Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Leena is a very kind host which made us felt at home! Overall our stay was excellent and would recommend!

The weather was cooler than Pune, the air felt fresher, and the peaceful vibe instantly helped us disconnect from the city rush. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the caretakers were warm and attentive. There are charming little walkways around the property, and our favorite spot was the dining table up front, watching the sunset over dinner was pure magic. Kashid Beach is just 20 km away and beautifully quiet in the mornings. The food was great too, especially the seafood. Just let the caretakers know your preferences beforehand, so they can get the freshest catch from the market. This place is calm, clean, and full of simple joys. A little slice of slow life that stays with you long after the trip ends. Would definitely visit again!

The place was great, felt like home. Easy to find. It is at the heart of the town yet completely peaceful. Near to the beach as well. Shreeya was a great host. Quick to respond and fix things. Had a great time and would strongly recommend to others as well.

The villa is amazing with a private lake ensuring a calm and peaceful environment which is what we all came for. All rooms were well managed and the bathrooms were super clean which is a big plus. Our Host Ajinkya was very kind and extremely cooperative and so was the caretaker who prepared delicious food! The villa is 2 storey and has a private elevator which is unheard of. Our overall group stay was great with no hiccups whatsoever and we will surely consider staying here in near future as it is value for money and has the perfect host!

Wonderful stay! Preeti was so kind and accomodating even for a few last minute requests. The caretaker was supportive throughout and the breakfast the in-house chefs (wonderful ladies) made just gave us the right boost of energy! You can trust their recommendations and suggestions! I had booked the place for my cousin's wedding photoshoot and the pictures came out so lovely in this beautiful villa. The whole property is well maintained and impeccably clean. The beach is close but I would take a care to go out in the evening as it gets dark on the way back; that's also what makes this place feel like a hidden spot! Loved it!
