3 bedroom house with hot tub, steam sauna, regular sauna. Quiet area. 10 minutes drive away from the city center of Tartu. The house has sauna towels for 12. Coffee machine filled with beans. Dishes for 20 people. Outdoor kitchen with all the necessary accessories for grilling. Smoke oven, bbq oven and regular grill. There is a basketball, football and volleyball court (balls are also available). Nice place to make a campfire. There's a hiking trail in the woods. There's a small pond on the side of the house where you can go swimming.

Wood-fired sauna house with a fireplace and an entrance hall (24 m²), featuring a fold-out sofa bed for 2 people (155 x 190 cm) for overnight stays. Suitable for 2 people who enjoy privacy in nature and a private 30 m2 terrace under a pine tree. The courtyard area is almost 10,000 m2. Additional people for an extra fee. The property is 100% self-service, with self-check-in. It takes about 1.5 hours to heat the sauna. It is advisable to bring drinking water. After the sauna, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pond.

Cozy private cottage for perfect getaway

This is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway and spending your time in calm and quite solitary place. We have a volleyball-court, darts, barbecue, pond and cottage for you to enjoy included in the fee. In addition, we have private on-site sauna, which can be arranged for a separate fee on the spot. In a small country house located 2 km from Pangodi Lake in a very private and picturesque location, it is possible to relax for families with children as well as for a smaller group of friends. On a winter evening, it's nice to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the sauna.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
