The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area with immediate proximity to hiking trails, snowmobile trails and the experience of Norwegian nature. 300 meters to restaurant, pub and snowmobile trails. 5 minutes drive to the nearest grocery store and fuel. Good hiking opportunities in summer and winter, both on skis and on foot. Has 4 seen snowshoes and poles that can be rented! Free parking for two cars at the apartment. We have small children and a dog, so noise can occur as we live on the upper floors of the single-family home.

A short distance to the high mountain for ski/peak hikes/hikes/hunting and northern lights experiences. There is also a scooter trail during winter time. Super popular Äijä dog's unique log cabin in Kilpisjärvi! Ideal for couples, from the cottage to the views of Kilpisjärvi. The store and restaurant are 1.5 km away. Cottage with underfloor heating. In the kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, oven/stove, extractor hood and refrigerator. Pre-made beds, towels, and final cleaning are included. Note! The upstairs sleeping area is less than 120cm high, so the listing isn't suitable for people with limited mobility! The stairs are also not childproof.

We love our house! It's on the most amazing location right by the sea with a view over beautiful mountains, surrounded by nature, and if you are lucky you'll see wild life like reindeers, otters, moose and whales and you can also see Northern Lights from the house. We built the house in 2018 and moved in right away. The house is modern, well equipped and it has a fantastic panorama sauna only a few meters from the sea. The place is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.
