Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kim Ma

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Mai's place was absolutely gorgeous hideaway in Old Town Hanoi. The instructions she left were easy to follow and the place was perfect for our group of seven. There is plenty to walk to from the location and we were able to explore a lot in the time we had there. Mai even listed a lot of great recommendations for us to try food in the area and she was very responsive. The place was exactly as advertised and it was so comfortable and well laid out. Each floor has their own bathroom and the AC was great in the heat. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Hanoi. if you are looking for a great place with a great location, and is quiet at night then I highly recommend this place.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

We stayed at Anna’s as a family group and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was plenty for us. The terrace area was great with the kids too. Thank you Anna!

여행을 가는 이유는 새로운 무언가를 만나기 위해서라고 나는 생각합니다. 나와 내 친구들은 3층 짜리의 우수한 숙소, 그리고 친절한 호스트 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히, 호스트의 친절함은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다고 나는 생각합니다. 내가 불의의 부상을 입자, 그는 다양한 요소를 물어보며 나를 안심시켰습니다. 새벽에 같이 여행을 온 친구들과 거실에서 이야기를 나누는 것은 나에게 잊지 못할 추억이었습니다. 언젠가 다시 이 숙소에 방문하고 싶습니다. 그날이 언제일지는 모르겠지만, 아마도 그날이 온다면 나는 더 유능한 체크인😆을 할 수 있을 것입니다. 고맙습니다.

This is an excellent choice for large travelling groups or families. You have a spacious, clean, comfortable 3 story building all to yourselves. Bathrooms on every floor and a functional kitchen area. Air-conditioning on each floor worked wonderfully as each day we were there temps were 30°+. It is located right across from a busy night market so keep in mind that there will be late noise on weekends. We loved our 4 day stay here , even the quirky entrance corridor. Tran is an excellent host and answered all communications within 10 minutes. We recommend this Airbnb.

Absolutely gorgeous property in a prime location. Packed with rustic charm! If you want a true Hanoi experience this 3story house is just too cool. Please be advised- the stairs are STEEP going up to the property and on the inside, if you have knee issues or are older (like me) this can become an unpleasant challenge. Otherwise, this property is a hidden gem that was surprisingly easy to find. The entrance is through a small hall/alley on the street which added to it’s allure.

Perfect location, place was great value, host responded to any communication. The stairs/ladder to mezzanine bed could be tricky for someone with reduced mobility or who had too much to drink. It was no issue for me and it is fairly clear in pics. Would stay again.

Great location, really nice flat with an lovely balcony. Small cons : TV wasn’t working and the kitchenware seems a bit lightly furnished, with only a few tools. But overall it is really pleasant apparement and Do is extremely responsive and friendly. Would recommand 100%

The room itself is small, but matches the pictures/description, and still can accommodate 2 people comfortably. However, the two major selling points of this place are 1: the location, which is very peaceful at night, and situated next to some cute coffee shops, and 2: the balcony, which offers an unobscured 180° view of the lake & city. I've genuinely never experienced a view this nice from any other airbnb or hotel. Beyond that, the host is responsive, clearly communicates, and was accommodating when we needed a late check out. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice place outside of the main tourist zone in Hanoi

We loved our stay here, it felt like home. Tasteful interior design, cosy space and the Old Quarter is easily walkable. Minh Sâu was so friendly, and helpful and gave us plenty of clear instructions for check-in and check-out. A perfect place to stay.

Logement vraiment parfait, au calme. Hôtes accueillants et réactifs, parlant anglais. La chambre est agréable et la salle de bain très fonctionnelle, avec une grande douche qui ne coule pas partout. Machine à laver et sèche linge disponibles dans les espaces communs. La terrasse sur le toit est également agréable. Quartier sympa avec nombreux restaurants, magasins et grand parc pour se balader. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Apartment is nice and clean, well equipped. Basic necessities are provided. Sheets are clean. Enjoyed my stay. Overall, a good place.

하노이에서 하는 행사참여로 근처에 숙소를 찾던 중 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾았습니다. 45층의 고층 아파트의 43층이어서 호수뷰의 좋은 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 무료로 더 좋은 컨디션의 룸으로 업그레이드를 해주셨는데 깔끔하고 아주 만족스러운 룸이었습니다. 보안도 철저하고 고층임에도 엘리베이터가 빠르게 움직였습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 없었는데 요청하니 30분 이내에 바로 가져다 주셔서 문제없이 사용하였습니다. 문의 시 답변도 빠르게 주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 다음에 하노이를 찾는다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 감사합니다

A comfortable and convenient spot with proximity to an atm, coffee spot, and eateries. The room is clean and has everything you need-fully finished kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The host is incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that you might have. I will highly recommend for both short and long term stay.

Great host and safe location with clean rooms and good amenities

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

This apartment was very comfortable and cost-effective. The host is friendly and active in communication. It's a place I can use often next time. I had a great time. 😊 Good!
