Holiday rentals with a patio in Kimitsu

Staying at this hidden gem was an absolute treat. Pati, our wonderful host, made our first trip to Japan unforgettable by offering amazing recommendations for food, shopping, and travel. After much research on where to stay, discovering Koenji and Pati's place felt like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk—stations were easily accessible by foot, and the Koenji shops were just a short stroll away. The space itself was perfect—spacious, full of natural light, with a lovely little balcony. The large dining table and open layout made it feel like a true home away from home. We stayed for 8 nights and it was ideal for a longer stay. Despite the cold weather and snow on the first night, the heating kept us warm and cozy. Hot tip: definitely rent a bike to explore Koenji and Tokyo—it’s a fantastic way to get around. Thank you again, Pati, for your kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return to our new favorite place in Tokyo! :)

What I like the most about the apartment is how close it is to the train station and bus stop while having a calm surrounding. It has full of amenities, has speed internet so I could work during weekdays and clear instruction on how to use the appliance. There were 3 of us and we had 3 cabin size luggages, 1 big luggage and 1 medium luggage and we had no issue arranging them in the apartment.

Helen and Sozo were great hosts. They checked on us and made all instructions clear. The apartment is clean and quiet. It worked well for our family of 4, 6 might be tight unless you have small children. The location is in a cute neighborhood and was nice to come back to after a busy day in the city. 7-11 and restaurants all close by. Easy walk to JR line or subway. So glad we stayed here!

Our stay in Rokyo was amazing. The communication, and detailed information really helped my family since it was our first time in Japan. I highly recommend staying at this place. We will be back!!

Very good stay, very friendly

The apartment has plenty of space and we liked the two rooms, 2 TVs plus balcony. Divider can provide privacy between bedroom/sitting and kitchen/dining rooms. Location was great for us close to Sensoji and shops and markets. We could easily walk to the river, Asahi headquarters and also Ueno park. Trains to anywhere within 400 to 800 metres. local bars and restaurants all over the place. Host sent excellent recommendations about local area when we booked and followed up just before arrival. Very secure building. Fridge and freezer, washer/drier, microwave and cooker, coffee machine etc plus great trash and recycling system with 3 bins and overflow bin so easy to keep the place tidy over 5 day stay. Also the place looks good, modern and clean and all furniture and bedding very nice. The balcony is a great feature as well. Gives a bright outlook, you can eat or have a drink outside on the chairs and table, and I could see Tokyo Sky Tree as well :-)

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this lovely home. The house is functional, clean, and thoughtfully equipped—not very spacious, but perfectly comfortable for the three of us. It had everything we needed, right down to the smallest details like personal toiletries and cooking spices, which made our stay even more convenient. One of the highlights was the strategic location—situated near both Yokohama and Tammachi stations, making commuting around the city super easy and efficient. Mrs. Teng, the host, is such a kind and attentive lady. She checked in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, and even welcomed us with fruits and snacks upon arrival—a very thoughtful touch! She also generously allowed us a late check-out on our last day due to our night flight, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and well-equipped home with a genuinely caring host. Thank you Mrs Teng.

Their place was very nice! Getting to their home was really easy and super easy to check in as well. The neighborhood/area was really quiet and not as touristy either which felt really nice to get away from after a long day! Their place has a convenience store right underneath (as stated in the description) and also lawson and family mart! It was also super easy to get everywhere in tokyo! The station is literally less than 5 minutes away and I would definitely recommend this place. The host was also very responsive and was able to help me out with questions I had about their home. And as an extra plus, they have a guidebook available upon arrival which describes how amenities work. One of the best places I’ve stayed and felt really comfortable in! Thank you so much.

I stayed with 3 friends and family. The children enjoyed exploring the house, relaxing in the living room, staying up late, getting up early, and spending time together as a family. There was a lovely view of the ocean, and the house was clean, comfortable, stylish and comfortable. I would like to stay again soon. Thank you very much.

My friends and I loved the place. Close to the station and really yummy restaurants. Beds were comfy and the rooms were very spacious. Best sleep we had our whole holiday

Kyoko's place was perfect for our large family. We had our four adult boys with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone in this newer unit. The kitchen and laundry machines were essential for our longer stay. The location is more of a local neighborhood, which we preferred. Easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, but the nearby neighborhoods and access to Shimokitazawa was really nice as an alternative to the overpopulated areas. Kyoko had great local recommendations and we felt at home in the markets, izakayas and ramen shops nearby. Thank you so much!

Everything accurate to its description. The area around it is beautiful and really fun to walk around at night.

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was super clean, well-equipped (we really appreciated having a washing machine!), and in an amazing location. It was just a short walk to the Tokyo Skytree from where areas like Asakusa, Akihabara and even Shibuya are easily accessible. The rooftop terrace with a view of the Skytree was a definite highlight — such a great place to unwind in the evening. Getting to the apartment from the airport by train was also super convenient, which made our arrival smooth and easy. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay at Sangenjaya House was an unforgettable experience. It was our first time in Tokyo, and we fell completely in love—with the city, the neighborhood (Setagaya), and this beautiful home. We loved it so much that we extended our trip by two weeks and rebooked with Anton twice! Sangenjaya House itself is stunning—thoughtfully designed with the perfect mix of modern Scandinavian style and traditional Japanese comfort like Tatami rooms and shoji doors. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a family of three: cozy beds, AC/heating, luxurious indoor and outdoor showers/baths, a well-stocked kitchen, and even a huge TV for my husband to play PlayStation. And the location is just ideal. We were just steps from what become our favorite restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. We got massages, manicures, and even emergency dental work done nearby—all walking distance away. We will be sure to return to our home away from home VERY soon! Thanks for everything , Anton!

Convenient transportation, fully furnished rooms, and a pleasant vacation.

Our family of five had a fantastic time at EleVens Place! The space was perfect for us comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped for both relaxing and spending quality time together. The kids had a blast, and we loved how everything was thoughtfully set up to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We’d happily come back again!

We loved our stay at Maple’s place! It was the perfect location for transit and we had a direct bus for our Disneyland days which was a happy surprise :) The Skytree area was perfect and I wish we planned to stay longer. I would highly recommend and I will be returning when we come back.

Great spacious apartment in the kabukicho area. Very clean with everything we needed - air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street just a block back from a more lively red light area. This is a fascinating area of Tokyo - it is seedy at night but not unsafe. It’s close to family friendly areas of Shinjuku. Would stay here again!

This place was great! Right next to the beach, nice views, and in a really cute, peaceful area. It’s close to a train station, so wasn’t hard to get our luggage to and the place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!
