A dream of a Cycladic house overlooking the sea

Welcome to Greece, to my home! It's a family home, typically Cycladic. It belonged to my grandparents and I tried to keep the spirit, while adapting it to the demands of today's life. A village house, accessible by a charming staircase, it is totally protected from road noise. Facing south, (very important, because sheltered from the meltemi, north wind that blows in bursts all summer), it overlooks Klima, a picturesque fishing village (20 min walk and 3 min drive) and the entire inner bay. Very quiet environment of Greeks who live there all year round and who must be respected. Terraces where you can have breakfast and enjoy the fiery sunsets. Inside, a first large common room, kitchen, living room with a small sofa, shower room and toilet, a beautiful bedroom with its "doulapi" (closet) included in the wall. The ceilings have remained traditional, beams and kalami recently whitewashed and whose virtue is to protect from noise and heat, but not from mosquitoes, spiders and insects that can visit us despite the constant care taken to keep the house clean! Despite everything, even if we are very close to the sea, we are also in the Greek countryside, that of olive trees, cypresses, and a typically Cycladic flora; the song of cicadas and crickets, at nightfall. With in the distance, the bells of sheep and the braying of a donkey. This will make your stay exotic and I hope unique!

Marilia's Traditional House

Our fully renovated 55 sq.m house, located in Triovasalos, has preserved its traditional style! It consists of one bedroom, a second space with a raised wooden double bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a private large terrace outside. Your stay at the property combines the tranquility of nature with easy access to the beaches, the surrounding villages and the capital of the island. There is free parking next to the house. We will be happy to be part of your vacation!

Traditional Antigoni's house

The apartment is only 600m from the port. 50 m away from the house there is a traditional greek tavern . Supermarket, bakery and other shops are available a fev metres away of the house. The organised and sandy beach of Papikinos is only 400 metres on foot. .Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 600 μέτρα από το λιμάνι του Αδάμαντα,στα 50 μέτρα βρίσκεται ένα παραδοσιακό ταβερνάκι.Στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και άλλα μαγαζιά. Η αμμώδης, οργανωμένη παραλία του Παπικινού είναι στα 400 μέτρα.

"Milos By The Sea" is a brand new, traditional solar powerhouse, 100% eco-friendly, located in a fishing village only 600 meters from Plathiena beach. It is an Eco friendly house as it is completely powered by solar energy. The picturesque settlement called "Areti", provides an exquisite view, since it is surrounded by the beauty of nature. Waking up to the sound of the waves is a unique experience for our guests who need to enjoy absolute tranquility during their vacation.

Sunset Mansion

Where history meets modern design… Welcome to our “Sunset Mansion”. This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house. We can welcome up to eight guests, each one featuring its own private bathroom.

Calimeren

Situated within an estate of 500m2 in the picturesque village of Plakes you will find the stone house of “Kalimerena“. A small (35m2) functional and very quiet house, away from the noise, very close to the capital of Plaka (a 5 minute walk) and the centre of the island. Built at the beginning of the 20th century out of stone the house was recently renovated and combines a traditional atmosphere with the comfort of a modern and simple decoration.

Matilda - Cycladic Apartment

Our Apartment was built respecting the Cycladic, traditional architecture and following minimal aesthetics. The apartment is suitable for 3 up to 4 persons! We are located in Triovasalos village, where the closest beaches are Fyropotamos, Plathiena and Sarakiniko. Plaka, the capital city of the island, is only 800m away. By foot you can also reach Tripiti village, the Ancient Roman Theatre, Catacombes and the fishing villages Klima and Mandrakia.

Detached house of 55 sq.m with modern design and traditional touches.Fully renovated in 2016.It's located in a quiet location with unique view to the bay of Milos!Just 1,5 km from Plaka (capital), 850 m from the Catacombs and 3,5 Km from Adamas port. The house is suitable for couples and families with children. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with sea view balcony, living room, bathroom and 2 large verandas with unobstructed view!

Το σπίτι μας είναι δίπλα στην θάλασσα με υπέροχη θέα. Υπάρχει κοντά μας μια γραφική ταβέρνα, με πολύ καλό φαγητό, καθώς και μια παραλία. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μας: ο εξωτερικός χώρος, το περιβάλλον, η θέα, το φως, η καθαρή θάλασσα και άνετο κρεβάτι. Ο χώρος μας είναι κατάλληλος: για ζευγάρια, για δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, για επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες καθώς και για οικογένειες με παιδιά.

Located just a 10 minutes drive from the port of Adamas can offer tranquility without being far from restaurants, cafes and anything else you may need to enjoy your vacations.

Mersinia

We host in three more houses in Kimolos. Vroulidi Charplovouni Makropounta The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a five-minute walk from the center of the village. Next to the bus stop, opposite the Kiki mini market and above the free municipal parking. The internet speed is very good and many guests come for remote work.

Sunset Villa

This is a very cosy place with direct view towards the famous sunset of Milos from the capital of Plaka. It is a two minutes walk from the center, still in a very quite location offering privacy. Right in the traditional village of Plaka!
