This place was an awesome stay. Right next to the metra station and it took 4 minutes to get into the city center. Felt very safe the whole time. As for the house, it was great super clean super comfortable and I always appreciate when places have coffee available. I would definitely recommend.

I appreciated being able to check in early after arriving on a redeye flight. The place suited my needs very well, and the location was ideal for my purposes.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described (if not better). We stayed at Nica's place while our home was getting painted, and the apartment was just what we needed. There was plenty of room for my 21-month-old to play, and for me to work from home. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking for my family a breeze, but there are also lots of restaurants nearby. We're Philadelphia locals, but it was great to experience Chestnut Hill in a new way from Nica's extremely walkable apartment. Nica's clear and proactive communication made check-in and checkout smooth and simple. If we're in a similar situation, we would definitely stay again.

This place had everything I needed and more. It was comfortable and had plenty of space. It also is a location that is close to downtown and easy to walk to/from. The dark chocolate peanut butter cups were a bonus that was much appreciated and the check-in; check-out process was easy making it easy to arrive later in the evening or whatever time. Absolutely will stay again.

Very clean, quiet, bright, simple unit on a pleasant side street. Well-furnished kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Easy off-street parking. No dining room table. No complaints, we'd be happy to stay here again.

Patrick provides everything a guest would want. Everything is clean and everything works. For a quiet and comfortable place with everything you might need. this is it. It is also a beautiful neighborhood.

You could spend nearly $200 / night at a major commercial hotel in the area. And you'll get whatever else comes along in the form of noise from neighbors, heavy traffic, crime, etc. Or, you can spend about half of that to stay here and get all of the comfort and charm of a cozy apartment that is quiet and tucked away from all of the hustle and bustle of Upper Darby and Metro Philadelphia, yet still so close to the activity that you're never more than about 45 minutes away from the excitement of the city or other cool spots in Delco or the Tri State area. From a fully furnished kitchen, TVs, WiFi, washer & dryer, and more, you have all that you need to stay comfortably for a day or a month. And to make it better, you have your own parking spot, and the facility can accommodate a family. What's not to like? I'd stay here again!

Walter’s place was wonderful. Very cute, perfect for the three of us. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. Very close to Starbucks and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

This place looked exactly like the pictures. The place was very clean. It is located in a quiet area. Restaurants and grocery stores were all conveniently located nearby. Check in was very easy. I enjoyed the time I stayed there. I would stay there again.

Very cute space with plenty of room for myself and 17 yo son. The bed was ridiculously comfy. Surrounding neighbors could be a bit noisy but the bed made up for it. The close proximity to Philadelphia with plenty of recommendations from the host was very helpful. We will definitely request again for our next trip.

I am so grateful for Corinda's gracious hospitality at her Silo Studio. Upon arrival, the kitchen was well stocked with treats and various beverages. Fresh-baked cookies and fresh eggs also miraculously appeared during our stay. She gave fair warning that the Silo Studio is smaller than their larger, Silo Suite, where we have also stayed, and adjusted the price accordingly. The Studio was comfortable and adequate for me and my daughter during our 3-night stay. The Studio includes the same large, octagonal bedroom with a sitting area, a small, well-appointed kitchenette, and a separate bathroom room with a wonderfully hot shower. Corinda and Ken were concerned about noise disturbance from their upstairs guests and they added acoustic tiles to the ceiling of the Studio. It worked! We were not disturbed by any noises from above during our stay. Their Silo apartments are our "home-away-from-home" when we're visiting family in West Chester and we'll definitely stay with them agai

Mr. Bill made accommodations when the Airbnb I had originally planned for fell through. He made the transition quick and even made sure my weekend was blocked off at the new Airbnb and not compromising our plans. Forever grateful for the last minute switch

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jon was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. I appreciated the clear communication and hospitality throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

The bed was very comfy I enjoyed the jacuzzi just wish the water came out a little faster other than that I have no complaints definitely will be booking again!!!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at joel’s place. we were in town for a concert and he made everything go smoothly and was very response and helpful. would stay again.
