We spent our first child-free weekend in almost two years at Marina and Uwe’s home, and it felt like a grown-up paradise. With no tv, a spectacular view to wake up to, a snuggly bed that was the adult equivalent of a bunk, and surrounded by the warmth of timber we had a relaxed weekend that focused on disconnecting from the frenetic pace of Sydney life. The location was excellent for those with a car and not wanting to stay in the CBD. We hope to be able to visit again.

Excellent accommodation in quiet & peaceful surroundings. A bit distant from the main attractions on Bruny Island but one would be aware of that when booking. We enjoyed our time there & would definitely return.

Tony’s guest house was so beautiful and full of personalized charm. The bathroom was gorgeous and the view was next level. We felt right at home and were sad to leave :( Anyone staying in Hobart, stay here ! It’s peaceful, private and Tony is lovely and great to deal with. A 10/10 stay !

Fox Hole is a lovely well equipped cottage in quiet surroundings of Woodbridge. We really appreciated the breakfast ingredients and fruit. The cottage location is convenient for exploring the Channel and Huon Valley which is what attracted us to stay.

A lovely place to stay while in Hobart for work for a few weeks. The Loft has everything you could need and is very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We enjoy our stay at Rosies place. It felt very cozy and homey! The surroundings are great! Lot of walks nearby :)

This cozy studio surpassed our expectations. It has a beautiful waterfront view with a peaceful surroundings. The fireplace was a delightful touch, and the host was responsive and kind enough to give us more firewood when we asked for it. Overall, we had a great time there, would recommend this place to others!

Loved our four night stay here while we explored Bruny. A lovely place to come home to each day - light a fire and have an afternoon wine - serene and peaceful. Breakfast basket including wine n beer was a lovely touch. Charmain and Peter are excellent hosts with great local knowledge. Highly recommended for couples who want some quiet space.

Unique location in an adapted boat shed: quiet, very comfortable, well equipped, and full of character. Lovely outdoor setting with fire pit. Hospitable and friendly hosts.

Komorebi is a really peaceful place to stay with a natural bush setting. The property offers privacy with nice water glimpses from the windows and the deck. The space is well-designed with generous room sizes and interesting architecture that complements the surroundings. The upstairs sleeping area is particularly great, with the tree canopy right outside making you feel immersed in nature. Being nestled among trees creates a genuine retreat feeling - quiet and relaxing. The deck is a highlight, perfect for enjoying the natural environment while catching the water views. This is a comfortable and tranquil spot away from the bustle, where the natural setting is the true standout feature.

We regularly opt to stay at Sol’s when we’re in Hobart for the peaceful bush setting. Sol makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

I had an excellent time staying here! The view was incredible and the amenities available made everything easy and relaxing. The privacy and remoteness of the spot was wonderful, made it feel like it was just us and nature. I loved this location and will definitely consider coming back here for future getaways!

This place truly felt like a home away from home. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. There's a fantastic grocer just a short walk away, and the property is also a quick drive to shopping centres and other amenities. Simon’s place was the perfect retreat in between all the activities we had planned during our time in Hobart. Thank you again for having us!

The views and garden area are amazing, 10/5 stars!!! We enjoyed our stay and the location makes it easy to explore south of Hobart as well as going into Hobart itself. It's also not that far to go to Bruny Island or Port Arthur for a daytrip. The house is good and has a few quirks to it. It's a bit unusual that the bathroom (which is very nice) can only be accessed via bedroom 2, we were three adults and it is strange for one to have to walk through the bedroom of the others to access the toilet. The washing machine was inside the other bedroom. It all works fine but something to be aware of for some groups of people. In summary, it is a lovely place for two people, and it worked ok for three. The location is great, close to Hobart and Kingston, walking paths are accessible from the house, and the views are indeed amazing, including wallabies and birds right next to the house!

Easy to find, well communicated, very clean and well presented. Large space including the deck. Amazing views, especially sunrise. Very good communication and response. Provision of a hammock and the bath with open windows was great.

My girlfriends and I spent 2 nights at Wayward Mariner and absolutely loved our stay. We arrived to an amazing welcoming committee by the 4 cute alpacas. We then entered the premises to a lovely hand written welcome note and yummy cupcakes. The interiors was very stylist, clean and the beds were so comfy and then to wake in the morning to the most beautiful sunrise was the icing on the cake. We will all be back again for sure. Thank you Jude and Ivan for making our stay so special :)

This is one of the few places I have stayed in Kingston Beach for more than 10 times. It is the best and cleanest place. There are also surprise Easter eggs in the refrigerator. I am also grateful for Ian's friendly guidance. It gave me a very impressive and comfortable trip. Thank you for your kindness and best wishes.
