Built with timber off the property, restored to a tranquil oasis. The cottage has cathedral ceilings and is spacious, wake up in the morning to the sunrise and the spectacular view over Bruny. Close to restaurants and vineyards of the area including Peppermint Bay Hotel, Mewstone Winery Grandview cheese Only 12 minutes to Cygnet village and 45 to Hobart.

Chambls Shack

Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Situated 1 hour from Hobart via Huon or Channel, Chambls welcomes travellers who want to truly relax and revisit the 70’s in luxe linens, open fire and a bottle of red. Or bring the kids and hit the beach.

Centrally located in the township of Alonnah on the western side of Bruny Island, The Boathouse is an ideal place to base yourself for everything that Bruny has to offer. Surrounded by hills, apple orchards and cow paddocks. You have views across the water to Bruny Island. There are vineyards and distilleries close by. Simple, but modern and comfortable styling. It is warm, quiet and private and a perfect base for you to explore Southern Tasmania.

STUDIO APARTMENT- Yellow Door is a spacious self-contained North facing studio apartment, with a private lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The Studio sits within a beautiful 30 acre rural block and offers wonderful mountain and valley views from both your lounge and bedroom windows, just 40 minutes from Hobart and located a short 8 minute drive from Cygnet. Please be aware we are not located on Bruny Island.
