House holiday rentals in Kinglake

Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

The house is lovely and very big. Suited us as we all wanted seperate rooms and our own bathrooms so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. We did not use the pool or spa so I can’t comment on that. Lively Properties’s were easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions for the property. Would be happy to to use Lively again if we head back for another stay.

Great property and great hosts - highly recommend !

My husband, myself and our 4 adult children stayed at Lavender Farm. When first arriving we were greeted by their friendly dogs. Jacky had made a delicious cake and fresh bread plus farm fresh eggs and bacon ready for breakfast the next morning. It made us feel right at home. The farm is beautiful as is the accommodation. Tony (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The town itself has everything you need. Healesville is a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend Lavender Farm.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

The house was very spacious, well stocked with everything you could need, in beautiful surroundings. Fantastic space for groups with multiple bathrooms & living spaces. Coat hangers & an iron were available (handy if you’re attending an event nearby!). Anneke was friendly and responsive, with clear instructions for a smooth check in/out process.

Chris and Grant's place was such a lovely base for the weekend! From the start, communication was clear and detailed. It was very easy to check in and to start a beautiful warm fire on arrival. We loved adventuring to some of the local sites with our dogs and coming back to a cosy home each night. The wildlife around the property was incredible, and watching the birds while you eat breakfast was awesome. Definitely can recommend this place to others either as a couples retreat or for your family. Thanks Chris and Grant!

6 of our work team stayed here for a three day, strategic planning retreat. Absolutely brilliant. Good spaces and facilities, cosy and warm (mid winter), excellent kitchen, and comfy beds. The house is as great as described, but to be honest, the standout of the property was Richard. By far and away, the most communicative and responsive AriBnB host I have ever dealt with.

We had a wonderful stay at Cedar Rise Farm - "Hanging Rock House" Thank you to Mary for for the opportunity to stay in your lovely property. We were so warm and comfortable and all wished we had been able to stay longer. It is fabulously appointed and perfect to relax in. Everything you could possibly wish for in terms of amenities was available for our use and the open fire completed the ambience. Excellent communication ensured our total relaxation right from making the booking.

I absolutely loved my stay at La Casa Cubo, it had everything we needed and more. There is such attention to detail in the place, it’s been beautifully and thoughtfully designed from the relaxing dome, to the fire pit to keep us warm on the cold nights. We loved the personal touches like the guest book, hand made cookies, and the little notes around the place. The place was also super clean, one of the cleanest Air BnBs I have stayed at! Libby was so kind and gave great local recommendations for food and exploration and responded promptly. Highly recommend and would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse! The views are absolutely stunning, and it was the perfect winter getaway. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace—it made the place feel so cozy. The house is very well equipped for cold weather, with air conditioning and electric blankets in every room, which we really appreciated. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a big bonus for us. The host was incredibly kind and supportive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Such a beautiful home, the perfect space for a retreat

My experience with the hosts was excellent and the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The house was huge and everything you could possibly need and want was provided. We arrived to a roaring fire, a fridge stocked with generous breakfast provisions and a freshly baked cake which was a lovely touch. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and a phone charger provided which was great as I’d forgotten mine! I would highly recommend the property and will definitely be back. What an incredible home. The external view from the house was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

Our stay was amazing and the hosts exceeded expectations before we even checked in. All communication was quick and easy and helpful. The venue was beautiful. Clean, homey, warm, cosy and with our group of 8, never crowded. There were heaps of extra and personal touches from a well stocked pantry of extras, to games, blankets, pillows….abundance of everything. Even the sheep and alpacas bought a little touch or gorgeousness to our stay. We had a little mishap on checkout and the hosts were so understanding. I cannot recommend the hosts or the venue enough. Thank you.

This house is everything we hoped it would be, a relaxed and comfortable escape from the city without having to go far. The hosts are incredibly contactable and Andrew was really friendly when he showed us through the house. The views from the house through the tree tops is beautiful, while the well stocked wood pile kept us warm while we stayed. The bedrooms were a great size and the bathrooms nice and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking over a few days stay. We loved it and would definitely return!

It is a magnificent place. Lisa is a lovely person that helped and guided with everything and house is gorgeous. Everything clean. All the items and plates and stuff provided. Was like a 5 star hotel stay. May be more than that

Me and my family enjoyed our one night stay at Chantal’s lovely cottage. The surroundings were beautiful and the property was very well maintained with lots to take in. Kangaroos, farm animals, picturesque landscape. We had a great time feeding the animals. The cottage was comfortable and so charming.

Such a delightful stay at Libby and Damian's place. Sitting on the couch by the fire and looking out to the fields was perfect for a weekend away, and with some complimentary bubbles was just the cherry on top. The place had everything we needed and was pristine, with clear instructions on how to use everything. We loved the local recommendations and are so grateful for the offer of a late checkout when the cleaners were going to be later to arrive. Daniel’s place is beautiful. The indoor fireplace, electric blankets and heated bathroom floor were welcomed on a cold winters night. The house was exactly as described and pictured, very clean and had everything we needed for a night away. The chocolates were a thoughtful touch and Daniel was very accomodating with a last minute late check out request. I would definitely return in the future
