My stay at Mark’s beautiful apartment was an absolute pleasure. I was in need of an easy and peaceful get away and that was exactly what I had. The communication and instructions with Mark were clear, easy and friendly. The apartment offers magical views, cleanliness, the most wonderfully comfiest couch, a well stocked kitchen and pantry and two beaches (plus a number of eating venues) on either sides within a few minutes walk. I’m very much looking forwards to returning in the future.

A Perfect Coastal Getaway We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in Caloundra! The location is unbeatable – just a short stroll to the beach and town, making it easy to enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. The view of the water from the apartment is stunning, and we loved relaxing on the spacious outdoor area, soaking it all in. The apartment itself is huge, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed to feel completely at home. The kitchen is a standout – big, modern, and stocked with generous pantry and fridge supplies, plus a fantastic coffee machine that made mornings extra special. The little luxuries really made a difference, from the dimmed lights creating a cozy ambiance to the large TV and king lounge suite perfect for unwinding. This is the perfect location for a couple wanting a few days away. Right on the water looking over the Bribie Inlet, it's in the prefect location for the beach, shops and good restaurants. The unit had been refurbished and they have gone to a lot of trouble to make the place outstanding. There was a lovely bottle of wine, crackers and cheese waiting for us on arrival in the mini kitchen. Don't plan on cooking anything much, though there is a double air fryer, a toaster, kettle and a great pod coffee machine, with plenty of pods in different flavours. There's a waching machine dryer and all the things you need to wash, plus ample large fluffy towels for the bathroom, the spa and or the beach. All the linen and furnishings are new or next to new and they have gone the extra mile to make it look and feel luxurious. There's a nice balcony and a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the water and the passing fishing boats. Getting in and out was easy with the lock box keys.

Ross's place is tastefully appointed, with high quality linen and superb views. Walking distance to all local restaurants and bars, it was the perfect spot for a short stay. Ross gave us some recommendations for local eateries and was always responsive. We'd love to stay again.

We had a great time at Kaye’s place. Wonderful location on the ocean front with lots to do and great restaurants. Kaye was very accommodating of an early check in, and after a 17 hour flight, it was very much appreciated!! Dedicated car park was a bonus. We even enjoyed the colorful lorikeets that greeted us every morning and night. Highly recommend Kaye’s place.

Alex’s place was a wonderful place to stay in Golden Beach and plenty of room to relax and had everything you needed to enjoy for a nice get away.

Awesome location and fantastic views, brilliant host. The only thing I’ve not noticed in the description is that there is no lift (I probably missed it, but it’s handy to know in case you traveling with elderly like I was).

We had a beautiful stay at Kings Beach in this beautifully located apartment. The apartment was lovely but the rooftop was the best space and the view was amazinng! Would 100% recommend. Melanie and the rest of the hosts were so responsive and helpful anytime of the day. 10/10! Thank you! We will be back

Most enjoyable stay at Andrew and Danne’s beach house over Easter. Travelled with 3 adult children and their spouses so 8 adults in total and a 4 month old baby and a happy chihuahua. Plenty of space to stretch out over the property, never felt cramped, lots to do including fishing on the pontoon (caught 2 bream and a crab!), swimming in the pool and spa, reading by the pool while others played board games or watching a movie. The beach was a comfortable 15 minute stroll away and the shops a short drive. The house was very comfortable and clean. We created many memories together in the beach house, we would recommend staying in this home. Thank you Andrew and Danne for a hassle free trip and opening your home to us to enjoy. Thank you .

We had a wonderful, long stay at Cathy’s place. It was an amazing location in a safe street for our kids. We loved how close it was to the beach and Cathy was a perfect host. We felt very welcome and loved the view of the lake. It is a spacious and relaxing space and the pool is beautiful too!

We loved our all too short time in this quiet and beautiful space. We were comfortable and relaxed. Everything we needed was provided, and when something went wrong, Letitia and Michael were super quick to respond and get it sorted. Who could ask for more?

Amazing place to stay for our family. Heaps of room for 7 of us. Very clean, tidy and quiet. Grandkids loved the pool. Boardwalk was great and the location too

We had a wonderful time at Beach Haven. 70's charm with beautiful view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the snuggly blankets, selection of children's books, and the playground that was right outside.

The property was perfect and our team who stayed for a business trip were very happy with the property and Ruby was very accommodating and helpful with quick responses. Would highly recommend.

Emily's place was quite idyllic, plenty of space & facilities for 3 families. The weather was wild but we still managed to take advantage of the pool & the beach. We would seriously consider another stay in the future Thank you for a great stay Marg

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Family Getaway My family and I had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It's located in a lovely, quiet suburb—perfect for unwinding—and just a 20-minute walk to the beach. We especially loved how close it was to a great little café. The area felt very safe, and the host was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly spot.

Great location in Kings Beach, short 3 min stroll to main beach and cafes. Unit is very well appointed with modern appliances which would make a longer stay very convenient, particularly the large fridge freezer. Bedrooms are nice with ceiling fans for cooling. Host is very responsive and and accommodating when possible eg early late check in. Parking on site is a little tight but we were able to park close by in public parks. Parking might be an issue if you are coming and going many times a day in peak periods. There are a few flights of stairs to negotiate up to the living area and then again for the bedrooms. Overall we felt is was excellent value and location for such short notice at this time of the year. Thank-you Maryloo.

It was our first vacation in Australia and we could not be happier with our choice! The apartment has everything we need, it is peaceful and cozy ( missing the sofa 😂 when you test you will understand what I am saying! ) the location is fantastic. Dorelle was always helpful and gave us lots of information to make our time there easy and enjoyable. We hope to be back to Dorelle’s beach house soon! ☀️ 🌸

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot, the apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious, the balcony had the most beautiful view and the bbq was a bonus! Very clean and tidy on arrival and grateful for the fans and aircon. Awesome location too, so close to the beach.

Awesome apartment to relax enjoy the beach , surf, tennis , ride our bikes. The apartment had everything you need and lots of extras, coffee, salt pepper, spices, sugar ect. Comfortable beds we all sleep so well. We ll be back and highly recommend this for anyone’s holiday. Great communication with the owner as well … 5 stars 🌟

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.

Great set out with sleeping area totally seperate from living area. Great location and close to everything we needed to access. Will return in the future.
