Georgian Living at an Apartment in the Heart of Clerkenwell
An open-plan converted period apartment set on the top two floors of a Georgian house, "Woodbridge House" dating back to the 1760s. With room to accommodate four guests, it consists of a very spacious master bedroom & ensuite with a Super- King bed. The second room is small and consists of a standard double bed with small chest of drawers which is able to accommodate two adults or kids if needed. Centrally located in what has become one of the most fashionable and sought-after neighbourhoods in central London, with numerous high class restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as walking distance to the best of what London has to offer. HOME HIGHLIGHTS • Open-plan living • Fantastic location • High-Spec amenities • Spacious and bright ROOMS A huge living room with Gas fireplace and 55 inch LED TV and kitchen greets you as you enter the flat. Nice outlook over some of the period buildings within this historic conservation area including the church clock tower. THE KITCHEN Designer kitchen with all integrated appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, under-bench microwave, cooker, hob, wine fridge (with complimentary bottle of red or white, let me know your preference), instant boiling water tap. LIVING / DINING AREA A bespoke, reclaimed dining table seats 6 people. THE MAIN BATHROOM A contemporary bathroom off the main space with a bath/shower, WC and basin. All Towels Provided. Complimentary Toiletries provided. MASTER BEDROOM Located on the top floor,Huge Master bedroom with a Super-King size bed, built in wardrobes with safe. All Hangers provided. ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM Open plan designer shower room on the top floor SECOND BEDROOM Smaller second bedroom with a double bed and a small chest of drawers. Entire flat is yours for the duration of your stay I live very close-by and will give you all my contact details so will be able to assist you with anything that you may need during your stay. The converted apartment is on the two top floors of a Georgian house in Clerkenwell. Clerkenwell is Londoners' London - a creative community, slap bang in Londons heart. This stylish apartment is nestled amongst the medieval city gates, Michelin starred restaurants, historic pubs and epicurean cafes. The neighbourhood where East London meets West London so pick a direction and you'll soon come across Exmouth Market or St Pauls, The Barbican or British Museum or the theatres of the West End. Located just 10 minute walk to Farringdon Tube located on The Circle Line, Distrcit Line, Hammersmith & City Line swell as the overland lines, Farringdon opens up the whole of London to you. This apartment has just undergone an extensive refurbishment and upgrade as of May 2021. All appliances upgraded NEFF etc. PLEASE NOTE For guests staying up to one week the weekly cleaning fee has been included as you book. For guests staying longer than a week there will be an additional charge of £100 for each additional week or part thereof. This includes a weekly clean, linen and towel change. Any additional weeks are to be paid to the host directly. The property is located in a v quiet pocket of one way street, whilst being right in the heart of one of London's most fashionable areas KINGS CROSS. Tesco Metro [supermarket] 200yds from house. A Waitrose flagship store is 3 mins walk. The property is within the Regent Quarter development. 200 yds from the property are GRANARY SQUARE and COAL DROPS YARD some of London's finest shops, high end restaurants, Gastro pubs and Bars. Kings Cross has to has probably the best transport connections in central london. 10 mins from Leicester sq and Oxford Circus. The property is 20 mins walk from the British Museum and 10 mins from the British Library. Regents park and London Zoo is a 20 min walk along the Regents Canal, the canal being only 2 streets away from the property. Upper street, the backbone of Islington, is 15 mins walk.
