With room to accommodate four guests, it consists of a very spacious master bedroom & ensuite with a Super- King bed. The second room is small and consists of a standard double bed with small chest of drawers which is able to accommodate two adults or kids if needed. Centrally located in what has become one of the most fashionable and sought-after neighbourhoods in central London, with numerous high class restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as walking distance to the best of what London has to offer. This apartment has just undergone an extensive refurbishment and upgrade as of May 2021. All appliances upgraded NEFF etc. PLEASE NOTE For guests staying up to one week the weekly cleaning fee has been included as you book. For guests staying longer than a week there will be an additional charge of £100 for each additional week or part thereof. This includes a weekly clean, linen and towel change. Any additional weeks are to be paid to the host directly. The property is located in a v quiet pocket of one way street, whilst being right in the heart of one of London's most fashionable areas KINGS CROSS. Tesco Metro [supermarket] 200yds from house. A Waitrose flagship store is 3 mins walk. The property is within the Regent Quarter development. 200 yds from the property are GRANARY SQUARE and COAL DROPS YARD some of London's finest shops, high end restaurants, Gastro pubs and Bars. Kings Cross has to has probably the best transport connections in central london. 10 mins from Leicester sq and Oxford Circus. The property is 20 mins walk from the British Museum and 10 mins from the British Library. Regents park and London Zoo is a 20 min walk along the Regents Canal, the canal being only 2 streets away from the property. Upper street, the backbone of Islington, is 15 mins walk.
