Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The Garden House

A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

Countryside retreat

My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.
