Private guest wing, The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom & air con. Bedroom & Lounge have Smart TV's with Netflix. There is a kitchenette, with fridge & microwave. Bannockburn Hotel & Black Rabbit Café (Please check opening days & hours, as they vary with the seasons) are a short stroll from our gate Panoramic views of wineries, orchards & along the Kawarau river. 100 metres to the Lake Dunstan Cycle trail. The villa offers amazing views of the lake and surrounding mountains from the lounge, kitchen and main bedroom. The villa has recently been redecorated and refurbished including new carpets, flooring, beds, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Radiators in each bedroom along with electric blankets. Mitsubishi Hypercore heat pump for the lounge to keep it cosy.
