This peaceful location is a 2 min to Waikato River trails. We are on the reserve so you get a beautiful view of the domain to Maungatautari Mountain. Relax in the bath tub after a day on the trails or visiting the many nearby attractions. The Rhubarb Cafe & Arapuni Suspension Bridge 2 mins, you can hear the river from the deck. Jones Landing, Lake Karapiro, Lake Arapuni, Maungatautari Mountain, and Blue Springs 15 -30 mins. Cambridge, Matamata, Te Awamutu 30m. Hamilton airport 40mins.

The Pink House

This lovely small cottage originally came into my family as a retirment home for my (then) 90 year old mother, Olive. She loved the place except for its original colour and so promptly painted it Pink. The house has many of her touches still in it, such as the cross stitch pictures framed on the walls. Nana Olive was well known through Tokoroa for her hospitality and warm welcome she offered at the Pink House, and we are delighted to continue this tradition.

From the deck you can witness spectacular sunsets and immense starry skies as well as the daily routine of a working farm. Situated near the holiday township of Kinloch, and just a 30 minute drive from Taupo, this luxury accommodation combines all the elements of comfort, elegance and ease while still offering those camping experiences we all enjoy.

Peaceful cottage based in the rural outskirts of Rotorua (15 minutes drive from Rotorua CBD/nearest shops and service station). Accommodates up to 5 people (2 bedrooms + a sofa bed in the living room). Suitable for everyone who enjoys a quiet rural environment and fresh air. Guests are welcome to use our tennis court. Rotorua has many tourist adventure and scenic opportunities and attractions. We are excited to welcome you for a short or longer stay.

Quirky, Bespoke Dam Cottage

Ivy cottage is a unique, artistic,quirky, perfectly imperfect, 1946 workingman's cottage in Mangakino. It has a welcoming,relaxing ambiance with its original wooden floors and colorful decor. It's rustic, homely and small. Unfortunately it is not toddler friendly. Breakfast ingredients will be supplied for the first night, including free range eggs when available, homemade muesli, bread and condiments. Tea ,coffee and milk are also supplied.
