Had a great stay at Farah's cottage. The place was exactly as described and had some decorative touches which made the cottage even nicer. The river is fun to paddle on and neighbours were friendly. Everyone keeps at reduced boat speed so swimming was safe as long as you have a bouy with you. We enjoyed the paddle boards, bonfire outside and hot showers at the end of the day. Farah was lovely to communicate with & reliable.

Extremely cozy and private cabin which is perfect for a quick getaway. We loved being surrounded by deer and sleeping to the glow of the wood stove. The cabin is as described and Jamie is an extremely responsive host.

Jeremy's home in the Kawartha's was absolutely perfect for our 2 families and young children. From the moment we arrived we felt so at home! The property is stunning, nestled amongst the trees, though wide open and bright- there is generous deck space, a lawn for kids to run around on (as well as a zip line, swing and hammocks!!) and a sweet meandering path that leads to a quiet lake and dock. The home itself has a comfortable, spacious and relaxed vibe. It's mid century, art filled and modern. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for creative cooking, and the amenities in general are generous- from board games to water sports, sauna and hot tub. While there we had rainy days and colder days, but there was always so much to do and explore that every day was rich. This home would also be a perfect winter getaway.. maybe one day!

Our stay at Dmitry’s place was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect & the experience felt truly blissful. The property was exactly as described and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was the perfect escape, and we felt right at home. What really stood out was Dmitry’s exceptional hospitality. He was not only a fantastic host, but also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He made himself available at all times, ensuring we had everything we needed. During our stay, we were hit by a snowstorm, and Dmitry truly went above and beyond. He took swift action to ensure our safety. He had the snow removal done efficiently and made sure we were able to get around without any issues. We had an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend staying at his place whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or need a host who’s truly there for you when things go awry. Amy & David's place is peaceful heaven, when you need quite break from your work and city. Its a good quiet neighbourhood with all necessary resources. Although everything nearby closes at 8pm can be challenging. So stock up your food in advance. Amy & David are friendly and responsive whenever needed. All the nearby attractions are just 15-20 mins away. The best part is star gazing at night. Pro tip: bring your tripod to get a breathtaking snap of sky full of stars. Thank you guys, it was a wonderful time.

We happened to come during mayfly season, so there were tons of them outside and we couldn’t have a campfire at night, which was a bit disappointing. But the host was super kind and helpful, and the place had everything we needed. During the day, we still got to go boating and had a nice BBQ, and spent three amazing nights indoors. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

We had an amazing time, the cottage was kid friendly while still being a fun place for adults to hang out! The sauna was great, the hot tub has cool treetop views of the lake, the dock was massive and offered plenty of space to hang out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cottage this summer!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the tiny home on our honeymoon! The place was beautiful, private, and we LOVED the sauna and cold plunge amenity. One thing I will say is that the location is VERY remote, and you will be 25 minutes from the nearest store, gas station, or restaurant. So make sure to stock up on any supplies! We only had one roll of paper towels and one trash bag for our stay which was fine, but considering the remoteness, you’re definitely gonna need some more supplies than that! There is also a fork in the road where you must choose between two cabin names we weren’t aware of, but take the left road! While this place is very private because of the location, be prepared to be VERY exposed due to lack of any blinds or privacy curtains. At night with lights on, you can clearly see into the entire cabin and bathroom from outside, so that was quite an adjustment for us, especially sleeping. Overall we had so much fun at this cabin and would definitely return!
