Holiday rentals with a patio in Kinondoni

Sarah’s place was perfect. It was comfortable plenty of room for the two of us easy to get to local restaurants and swimming at the yacht club. Am so thankful for the opportunity to stay there. Can’t wait to return.

Loved this place! Great location and house was very comfortable, everything near and friendly neighbours.

I felt like at my own home, peaceful cooking and eating the meals I like and sleeping well with rooms that are easy to cool with air conditioner . I did not feel the heat waves of Dar es Salaam city while relaxing in the well maintained living room.

Esther was such a lovely host—kind, proactive, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to walk us through everything, which made our stay smooth and welcoming. The place itself was beautiful and perfect for our time in Dar es Salaam. I would absolutely come back again. She was so helpful throughout our stay!

We had a great stay at Hank‘s apartment. The view from the living room is amazing and it is very comfortable to enjoy some time on the balconies. The location is good, you can reach a lot of spots within short time. The communication was great and he even recommended some really nice restaurants not far from the accommodation. I would definitely book the apartment again.

Very functional apartment in a secure building and a peaceful area close to the beaches and the city center. Saikou and his wife are very kind hosts who took care of us during our stay. They went above and beyond to help us out whenever we needed it.

Ai and her staff are very kind people,we checked in around 2am still we found the caretaker and watchman waiting for us .The space in the house is what we were looking forward and privacy ,we got it all .Ai is very calm and quicker to respond any question .I will choose Ai apartment over and over again .Thank you once again Ai

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Victor. The house was exactly as we expected. Lovely comfortable beds. Victor is a great host. We had a long journey before our stay and he cooked us a delicious chicken pasta meal for our arrival. We had very few issues during our stay but when we did have a problem Victor responded almost straight away. My main compliment is that Victor really cares about his property and his guests. Genuinely really nice guy and we couldn’t recommend him and his property any higher than to say that if and when we are in Dar again, Victor will be our first call for accommodation. Hellen's home was awesome! Beautiful, spacious and clean. The garden is well kept with comfy chairs for relaxing outside if you wish to. We had a warm welcome and settled in quickly. Having a strong wifi and smart TV was a big plus. I would definitely book Hellen's place again. And there was Guccie, a lovely dog!

I am very pleased with the house. It was beautiful, clean, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief in the weather. Ronald and the caretaker were wonderful and ensured we had everything we needed. We booked quite late, but Ronald responded promptly and warmly guided us to the house. I highly recommend this place.

I had a great weekend away with my family at this facility, it was a home away from home. A very good, clean and well taken care home which was friendly for not only Adults but Children too. Nourmaniy was an amazing host, I got everything I needed as quick as I expected. If you are looking for a home for you or your family, this one is the right place.

We had a wonderful stay at this flat! It truly has everything you need, from a TV to a well-equipped kitchen. The space is cozy, comfortable, and very clean. The location is fantastic, with a supermarket conveniently right in front of the flat. It’s also very quiet, which made for a relaxing experience. A small note: only one bedroom has air conditioning, while the other has a ceiling fan. Thank you for hosting us! We’ll definitely be coming back.
