If you plan to come to Bali to see the jungle, the rice fields, to feel peace and to experience the local culture - THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE! The accommodation is located in one of the most beautiful and natural parts of Bali - among maaaaaany rice fields. The view from the balcony is what I think most people come to the island for and they can hardly find - it is to die for. There is a pathway near the house and the walk there is like something I have only seen in movies. Dekwar and his wife took time of their day just to make sure I had everything I needed. Dekwar went to grab some documents for me, assisted me with renting a scooter, meanwhile his wife brought me their bike in case I was scared to use said scooter. She also brought me rice and a rice cooker and taught me how to use it. Dekwar also took me to the water temple, helped me walk through waterfalls, took me to a morning ceremony and a house gathering with his friends which I am sooooo so grateful for.

Great stay, amazing open concept villa. Really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend when in the area!

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Alles so wie beschrieben, eine tolle Aussicht und direkter Zugang zum Meer! In der Nähe einige Restaurants die auch super waren! Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit allem geholfen, zum Beispiel einen Roller zu mieten, das hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr unkompliziert gemacht! Der Weg zur Unterkunft wird von Mal zu Mal leichter zu gehen und ist die Lage auf jeden Fall wert, wir würden immer wieder kommen ☀️☀️ danke nochmal 😇

Room was a little bit run down here and there but an absolutely stunning location. Private beach acess down to Padang Padang and an epic sports bar across the road. The pools and gardens are beautiful. I had an excellent stay. Lots of nice places to eat nearby also. Location is 10 out of 10. Would definitely return. Cheers, Ash

Coup de cœur! Encore mieux que sur les photos… Cette petite maison est propre et a tout ce qu’il faut. On a manqué de rien. Dans un endroit paisible à Ubud, loin de l’agitation et du trafic mais avec tout ce qu’il faut pas loin. On a été super bien accueillis et les hôtes sont réactifs, prévenants et attentifs à nos besoins. Je recommande ++++++

What a beautiful place! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ellena, who was a friendly, proactive, and responsive host throughout our stay. The villa exceeded all expectations— even more stunning than the pictures. The bedding was pristine, the space was bright and airy, and the lush greenery by the pool made it feel like a true oasis. The location is fantastic—set in a quieter part of Bali, away from the hustle and bustle, yet still only about 30 minutes from Canggu. The beach is just a short walk away, offering incredible sunsets, and there are great coffee shops and a handy little convenience store nearby. The area has a lovely, relaxed feel, with lots of families staying nearby, making it a great place to unwind. The villa also provides a helpful booklet full of recommendations, which made exploring the area so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely be returning!

Wow, this place is so special. I moved here from their other listing (Balian River Hut) because I loved it so much and didn’t book for as long as I would have stayed. So I opted over next door and this place is equally magical and quite different. It’s nice to have a full fridge and the garden out front between you and the river is SO stunning. There are red hibiscus and plumerias and so many different beautiful plants. The tub out front on the deck is magical. This beds here don’t have mosquito nets but I didn’t need them because I just kept the bedroom doors closed during the day. The support from the hosts and everybody they hire are so kind and enjoyable to see each day. I felt so tended to by Komang and the land. I rarely see anyone but maybe 1 or 2 people coming to bathe in the river at sunset every so often. It feels really peaceful, safe and nourishing. I almost never left the property I was on and I could easily live here for months. I highly recommend.

Was für ein Paradies! Es war genau so, wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Villa und Garten sind unglaublich hübsch und wahnsinnig gut gepflegt. Kadek, Gärtner und Seele des Hauses, war unfassbar zuvorkommend und hat uns geholfen, alle wichtigen Erledigungen zu machen. Auch beim Besuch des Morgenmarktes war er sehr hilfreich, da er als Einheimischer bessere Preise aushandeln konnte. Dafür muss man übrigens früh aufstehen, er geht nur bis acht. Besonders toll: Kadek und seine Frau haben uns zu einer traditionellen Tempelzeremonie mitgenommen. Das Essen in den umliegenden Resorts, vor allem im Shambala war fantastisch und sehr günstig. Aber auch für die Selbstversorgung ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer wie aus 1001 Nacht. Ilhu ist wahrlich eine Perle und kam jeden Morgen für eine äußerst gründliche Reinigung und der Fahrer Gede ist zuverlässig und hat uns sicher überall hingebracht. Besser hätten wir es uns wirklich nicht vorstellen können!

We had a great stay at this villa! The location is amazing — just one block from the stairs down to Bingin Beach, and also super close to Cashew Tree, one of the best all-day spots to eat and chill in Uluwatu. The house itself is beautiful, everything worked perfectly, it was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Also, don’t miss the Bingin viewpoint, just a short walk away!

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!
