Congo Camp House in the forest

Rustic, character filled, architect designed cabin with a master loft and two small bedrooms constructed largely from recycled building materials, located in a rural-residential area on 5 acres of forest close enough to the ocean you can hear it in the distance. There are neighbours but it's relatively private. Just to be absolutely clear, the Camp House is not 'on' the beach but it's close. It takes about four minutes to get to Congo Beach by car. We are 'pet friendly'. Max guests - six people.

Garden Bay Beach Getaway - "The Beach Shack"

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish & affordable space only a stones throw from secluded Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

Malua Bay Beach Cottage

My place is a cosy original beach house. The cottage is a very homely small house with good character. Two verandas on which to relax & unwind depending on the time of day. Located close to several beaches, the closest being 200m down the road. Café 366 at Mosquito Bay. Malua Bay shops are a 2 min drive, includes supermarket, bottle shop, take away, butcher/deli/coffee, newsagent. Reverse cycle AC & portable fans supplied. If you're after a space to relax, then this is the place for you.

Delightful, cosy cottage with the comforts of home

Our cottage has a renovated bathroom & laundry on the outskirts of Moruya town, adjoining rural property. 10 min drive to beaches. Mogo Zoo & Batemans Bay 20 min north; Bodalla Dairy & art galleries 20 min south. Moruya has plenty of cafes & you can enjoy the popular Riverside Markets every Sat morning or the SAGE growers markets every Tues afternoon. OR simply relax with a wine & BBQ; a cuppa on the front verandah, or snuggle inside with the woodstove on & watch a DVD or stream shows.

Beach holiday in a large garden

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Californian bungalow cottage in the heart of Moruya. House was built in 1936 & is typical of that era. River views from the deck, with a modern kitchen, dishwasher, and abundant living area. Yard not enclosed. We welcome happy guests with realistic expectations, who are interested in enjoying their stay & will treat us, our house, and our neighbors with consideration. Not suitable for children. Non-shedding dogs by arrangement. Additional charges apply for more than 2 guests.

Friendly farm stay near beach.

Our farm looks out to the sea, across lush green fields. Your private two story accommodation is self contained with outside living areas and modern amenities. The top story is the spacious bedroom and is ideally suited to a couple, with a queen size bed and magnificent views. It also has a daybed in the same room, that can be used by a child. Although the double sofa in the downstairs living area can be made up to be a double bed, privacy could be a concern. Families excepted.

Broulee is a little slice of paradise on the south coast of NSW. This guest house is a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.

You'll love my place just 7 minutes’ walk from Cookies Beach, Murramarang National Park walks and Murramarang Resort. You will have your own peaceful studio cabin surrounded by gardens & bush. Rates include bed linen, bath & beach towels, Wi-Fi & streaming. The bathroom is outside but enclosed & private! There's a fully equipped kitchen, parking & small, shaded deck with a garden outlook. Guerilla Bay Beachfront Hideaway

Enjoy suberb location of this 80's bedsit- large bathroom, bath, toilet and kitchenette. Attatched to main house it has a private entrance and 2nd Airbnb nearby. Bedsit doesn't face the ocean. Nearby cafes are available for meals or you can cook simple meals. Take one minute walk to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.

Rosehill Ridge

Located on a granite ridge with ocean views to the east and mountains to the west. This self contained wing of the main house has everything you need to sit back and relax. Just a few minutes into town or to the beach or just chill on the wrap around veranda. The property is a small hobby farm with chickens , goats, alpaca an orchard and veggie gardens which you are welcome to explore
